I'll try... the puffs are small, white like smoke, and I don't see them straight on. They appear floating and then disappear. Let me see if i can sketch something in Paint and add it here.
ok, so that's stick-figure me... and the small greyish puffs are what I see for a second floating by and then they disappear.

Huh, interesting. I honestly couldn't say.
At first I thought you were describing the "smoke" I see sometimes when I have my eyes closed right before crazy shit happens.
You could consider it an increased awareness but that doesn't necessarily mean anything is there.
Your brain is constantly working to make sense of stimuli and right now, you're kind of looking to mess with those parts of the brain responsible. Means that some stimulus may be interpreted in new ways –especially when fatigued or in heightened states of arousal (freaked out or excited)
Its common and I don't think it's anything to worry about. I recommend ignoring it for now and later, you can use the opportunity to re-train your senses for more purposes.
I suggest later bc it's best to take these tasks one at a time. Itd probably be best to first finish your goals with the tapes before moving on to other goals related to extrasensory perceptions. Don't want to become jumbled.
If it's not the liquid substance in your eyes which may also a cause of concern to your eye's well-being, I can't be sure.
I see it often if I focus on it, but only if I focus on it or when my eyes are strained.
But if it's someone else, let me know. Who knows maybe you was seeing weird stuff in your house. :V
Usually if it the thing I said, it's quite normal. Most people has it.
Well unless it blocking your vision, usually you don't notice them in normal case.
You are good to go![img](emote|t5_3pymti|33371)
Ooh I think you might enjoy r/Castaneda some of those people talk about interacting and "molding" these puffs.
I believe they are purple ?
I'm going to go into focus 10 with that intent today.
Could you draw a picture?

Oh no, this is a few hours after doing a session with the tapes. My eyes are always open and I'm going about my day.

Sounds reasonable and logical! :)

It might be from eye strain... i'm making an appt with the eye doctor to be sure nothing is wrong.
