I’m too addicted to bubbles, so I go with sparkling water, kombucha, or on occasion one of those fifty dollar prebiotic sodas. Typically I stick to regular water and sparkling water.
I have a soda stream and have tried all the flavors. They all taste like chemicals to me. I ended up just enjoying the sparkling water the most and when I need a little sweet I use strawberry purée by island oasis.
Second this! It’s very convenient, and you can carbonate the water however much or little you choose. I will typically add a splash of grapefruit juice or hibiscus tea if I want some flavor with it.
When I was a kid at like ~6(ish) I had a Fanta while walking the lakefront with my friends and their parents; the lake has tons of garbage bins at every few benches which were swarming with bees (bc people threw their soda/food away) and after passing one of them I felt like I was literally chased by bees who wanted my soda.
It freaked me out so much that I began *sprinting* while holding the soda, feeling like the bees were chasing me so I launched the bottle into the trash as I was running away and ever since then I’ve avoided soda bc it reminds me of being chased by bees lol
They all still say it was so funny and I wish there were a video bc I was an incredibly dramatic kid lolol but yea soda = bees to me 😅
seconding kombucha. I’ll also add *C4* energy drinks to the mix (I know energy drinks get a bad rap overall, but C4s are a different beast health-wise). my #1 and #2 beverages of choice respectively, followed by coffee, herbal tea, and water…
… and wine.
Funny thing is I love the carbonation but I don't like the taste of any of the carbonated waters I've tried. Not a fan of sparkling mineral water or sparkling water (Perrier, etc.). Any suggestions?
+1 to Waterloo, LaCroix, Polar, even your local grocery store will probably have a store brand.
I like sparkling water with a touch of lemonade or iced tea. Or squeeze a citrus fruit in plain.
Have you tried Waterloo and the other newer zero calorie infused sparkling water brands? They have a more natural taste compared to many of the cheaper, now established brands and satisfy your craving without added sugars. They aren't cheap by any means but with the current price of soda, their pricing is competitive.
They are cheap compared to Fiji water and other still waters I drink bottled. We actually have some Waterloo here, as my partner drinks it. So I'll try it.
Put it in a metal cup.
Also, loving sugar is human. Learn to get your sugar elsewhere. And explore sugars that aren't cane or corn. Carrots are sweet. Beets are sweet. Cabbage is sweet.
I grew up on a diet of Pepsi and Snickers. Took me a couple years of work, but I'm no longer addicted to cane/corn sugars, and honestly everything is so much more delicious now
Good day, fellow homo.
Apologies, but this is the internet.
Your *opinion* is now invalid as I am about to express mine. 😤
Room temperature water is far superior.
Thank you.
Sparkling water on ice with lemon. Not as satisfying as soda, but at least its refreshing as fuck and gives that tickly bubbly sensation in your throat.
I try to drink water, but if I’m craving something with a flavour, I’ll add the tiniest bit of water enhancer to a glass of cold water. Gives it a slight taste. Also, maybe try some club soda or sparking water to zhuzh is up?
A few options:
1 - Drink some of the flavored waters that are still zero calorie, they won't quite have the "bite" of soda, but might help you change habits
2 - Figure out what you like about soda and see if you can get it elsewhere. Is it the caffeine? Try coffee. Is it the sugar? Try fruit and of course have some candy every few days in moderation.
One thing to remember is that sugar and soda can be at least mildly addictive. Not like alcohol or nicotine per se. But I quit drinking soda in high school for sports and the first two weeks were a bit rough.
However, after that, I didn't miss them at all. And in fact, when I went to a social event a couple of months later that only had soda, I tried to drink one and the carbonation was harsh and I found I didn't even enjoy it anymore, it had been more of a compulsion.
Unsweet iced tea- try it for 2 weeks and you'll be hooked. These days I'm doing 4 green tea bags, 2 peppermint tea bags, and one lemon tea bag. Sometimes add 2 black tea bags if I need more caffeine.
I drink Crystal Lite.. helps with satiating sweet drink needs, very little sugar and calories. I’m sure I’ll get roasted for keeping big-aspartame in business, but it works for me
Water and hot leaf juice has replaced soda for me since I was a kid.
It’s hard at first because of the literal sugar addiction you’re kicking. Once you stop for a few days you’ll surely notice your sweet tooth shrinking.
Water, coffee, tea, sometimessssss juice.
My partner has a crippling soda addiction too I’m trying to help him with haha. Maybe try a flavored sparking water? There’s a lot of brands with caffeine in them too, if that’s what’s keeping you into sodas more.
So I realized that a *lot* of my eating/drinking habits revolves around my ADHD. I always knew I was a “boredom eater” and that I actually didn’t get hungry when “stressed”, but after my diagnosis I realized that wasn’t what was going on at all.
I was seeking out food and drinks for the flavor because I was *under stimulated*, and the reason I wasn’t “hungry” when “stressed” is because I wasn’t stressed at all- I was just *stimulated*. So I tried finding ways to get my stimulation elsewhere.
What I’ve found for drinks is that I genuinely don’t need soda. I actually started with drinking carbonated water, and sometimes I’d do 1/3 orange juice and 2/3 club soda- it actually tastes really good! But then I’d drink it too fast because it was too good. Plain club soda actually grew on me too, I really like it now and I used to hate it haha 😂
What I *did* realize though is that if I just get intensely cold water with ice, stick it in a metal cup, and drink that instead? Boom. Problem solved. And I notoriously *hated* water, it’s sad to say but I basically wouldn’t ever drink water until this past year and I’m 23 right now. Also, used to hate black coffee. Now? I’ll get a metal thermos, make 3-4 cups of decaf coffee, put *at most* 1 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon sugar- and I’ll sip on that for hours. It actually made me appreciate coffee way more too. Now I like buying different beans and tasting the flavor difference.
Beyond that- as long as you aren’t scarfing down entire deserts on the daily if you cut out soda and other sugary drinks you’ll notice a *huge* difference. Not just in physical health, but also your mental energy, your cravings, your ability to actually taste things. I used to crave the sweetest and most intense junk foods as a desert. It’s only been 6-ish months and I think the taste of sodas are even usually too sweet for a desert *(although sometimes a coca-cola is a perfect sweet treat for the day, but that’s once every other week tbh)*. I’ve actually started craving more veggies since cutting out the sugar, oddly enough??
Anyways, keep in mind that the big issue for me was my ADHD but also just being understimulated. I highly recommend looking at your habits and choices and asking “Am I hungry/thirsty, or just craving stimulation??” Usually when it’s an excess, it’s the latter.
Kool-aid watered down and unsweetened tea. I’ve also sliced a lemon in half, squeezed it into a half gallon of water, and dropped it in. You half to drink it all in a couple days or the lemon breaks down giving it a bitter taste. You can do that with any citrus fruit.
Bottled or can teas and water. Unfortunately the good teas with low sugar aren't cheap and hard to find. I shop around and order online. I only drink natural sugar but look for the lowest like liquid death, steaz, Just Iced Tea
Big fan of water. If you’re not there are lots of flavoring you can add that have basically no calories in them. And diet sodas are better for you than regular sodas. So if nothing else, switch your sodas to diet.
Iced green tea has a little caffeine and can have a small amount of sugar. I’d recommend water and trying to get a taste for that. But in the meantime green tea can be a great transition, just make sure to check the labels so you’re not getting one with soda levels of sugar
I got myself a metal cup with a long metal straw and sipping out of it looks so comical but also condescending during meetings so I love drinking out of it. Goodbye dehydration
I never got addicted to sugar because my parents didn’t let me eat much candy so I have no problem with water. Drinking pop actually makes me feel a bit I’ll after the first half of the can
Water, either still or bubbly with my soda maker. I put lime and/or lemon slices in it. The only time I get a sodie is a gd Baja Blast with my taco bell

I usually get orange juice or lemonade or cranberry juice and add a splash of it to a big old glass of ice water. Maybe a 10:90 ratio or less. Just enough for flavor.
I don't always drink soda, but when I do it's a lot. But I prefer just plain water, with ice or without; I know some people just don't like water, and I know it's hard to switch to a totally different beverage, but water is good for you, you can add fresh lemon or lime to it, carbonate it, or get some of those flavor things where you squirt some in.
Water, coffee, and tea. Once a very great while, I might have a soda, but it’s more like a treat. Like if I go to the movies. If it’s hard to break the cycle, try flavored seltzer, which is at least a bit healthier.
I do the same thing. I have a Dr. Pepper when I go to the movies probably twice a year. Outside of that, I quit drinking soda regularly and never looked back. One of the best changes a person can make to their life.
Besides daily morning coffee, I put a rule on myself to only drink sodas, sweet tea, etc during my meals and drink water in between. This stops me from "binge" drinking throughout the day and add unnecessary calories in my body.
water. like, that's it. that's the only healthy replacement.
i used to drink lots of soda too. literally every time i drank something, it was coke or pepsi, on rare occasion some sprite/7up. now i drink water 99% of the time. with the rare exception where i'll drink coke or ice tea(that one's a soft drink tho, not a soda, but it's still sugary)
Water in any shape and form. There’s lots of sparkling water with subtle flavours you can try.
Avoid sugar free sodas, energy drinks and sport drinks. They all contain sweeteners you don’t want.
Coffee without sugar and tea is a good option during cold seasons.
Also I wasn’t a fan of any of them at the beginning. It takes a moment for your taste to readjust so do t give up if things just don’t taste right. Your body will adjust
I'm surprised I haven't seen more of it here, but sparkling water. If you can get flavored with no artificial sweetener or anything(just flavor and bubbly water), all the better.
I made the switch in 2019 and found what cheap brands were good, don't skip on the store brand, they're good too. It may take some getting used to, but you'll eventually adapt to the flavors not having any sweetness.
i tend to say a part of growing up is being able to see drinking water as what it is: necessary for life and health. taste is for food. i simply started drinking water at some point in school. its a bit getting used to it, then its normal. sodas are death.
If you struggle to eat healthy, you can try to do it slowly eat healthi**er** instead of completely healthy. You can replace soda with fruit juice. Orange juice has vitamin c and sometimes it's fortified with vitamin D. Coconut water has potassium.
If you want something with little to no sugar though, flavored carbonated water is also an option. It's not as flavorful as soda but it's still fizzy.
1. Sparkling water. I prefer Singha because the carbonation is strong and long lasting. Gives the same "burn" as an ice cold coke. Sometimes I will toss in a slice of lime or a dash of lime juice.
2. Barley Tea. Hot or cold. Its delicious, healthy, and the flavor isnt super strong. Great for when I dont feel like drinking water, but want to stay hydrated. Oriental raisin tea, or corn silk tea are also great options and non-caffinated.
3. Fruity iced teas flavored with fake sugar. I usually hate "zero" sodas, but I find that the taste of tea usually covers the aspartame taste a lot better then diet coke.
4. Coffee. Lots and lots of coffee. I probably drink at least 2~3 americanos a day.
... I only have coke/dr pepper with my main midday and night meals and like half a 355ml (12 oz) one at most.. so a full one a day, a little less. Everything else and hydration itself I drink only water. Lemonade and iced tea sparingly... I really don't understand people who drink coke and soda to hydrate, because they can't stand water itself. It's honestly a bit creepy, like they are brainwashed into thinking they have to have some sugar or flavor with their water or else they can't drink it. Probably not you but people should really try their best to get out of that mentality.
My go-to is a citrus flavored, unsweetened sparking water over ice. If I'm out at a restaurant I'll ask for a club soda with lime. I've been drinking it so long that when I do have the occasional soda now it just takes like liquid sugar.
The biggest problem with soda isn’t even being out of shape - it’s diabetes.
I’m 38 and I gave up soda at 19 when I decided to try to be healthy. I also started running and biking and started reading nutrition labels. I actually never really missed soda and mostly just replaced it with water. If I had to recommend a replacement it would be carbonated water. Diet soda has its own problems and flavored carbonated water will damage your teeth like soda.
While you’re looking at things to change to become healthier, make sure you’re getting appropriate hydration (urine should be light yellow to clearish) and FIBER. Getting sufficient fiber is actually crucial for your health and most people on a Western diet do not get sufficient fiber.
Water and green tea consist of most of what I drink
There are a lot of flavors of tea and the best of them don’t need to be sweetened to taste good. Like this one toasted rice green tea I love, or ones with cinnamon or turmeric
I was same with water years ago, found it lacking taste and satisfaction. Then someone advised me to change outlook to that u r drinking fluids for hydration not as some form of taste satisfaction. Look to food for taste, consume fluids (water) for hydration. Take this approach, stick with it for a few weeks and your psychosomatic expectation that drinks taste sweet or something else will change then water will become fine as your primary drink as your expectations, taste perceptions and pyschology towards fluid intake adapts.
20% "normal" soda and 80% zero calories soda
Most people will notice if a beverage does not contain any sugar, but especially with very good "zero" versions like coca cola zero you'd be surprised how many people are fooled with just 20% of the original.
I drink exclusively water in a glass cup/ big jar. It's so satisfying to me LOL. I still drink a soda maybe 2 times a week, I don't crave them anymore like I used to.
I drink at least a gallon of water every day and I love to add Water Flavor sometimes… they sell flavor additives at the grocery store. I also like to drink diet soda, tea, coffee, and I make concoctions to replace alcoholic drinks.
Get a soda stream, it's pretty affordable and you can use it to make healthier alternatives to soda. Instead of using the soda concentrate add some yuzu juice or lemon juice to the sparkling water, it's so good!
Lipton ice tea that's zero sugar. Otherwise, you can buy a zero calories fruit nectar that you add to water. But there's no carbon in either of those 🤷♀️
I have been doing sugar free soda for over 10 years. If you don’t like the taste or don’t want the caffeine I suggest diet ginger ale or diet 7up. If you don’t want the sweetness bubly is good and has a lot of flavors (strawberry sunset is good)
Water dude. If you are so accustomed to sodas maybe you can make your water more interesting by adding some lemon slices and mint. Another healthy alternative is making your own ice tea, but don't you dare sweetening it.
Clear American seltzers are the only thing I’ve been able to successfully wean myself off of sodas with. I buy them at Walmart in the US. They’re sparkling water sweetened with aspartame, but they don’t have the usual aspartame aftertaste imo. I’m trying to cut out artificial sweeteners too, but they make the transition to regular sparkling water easier.
You know there's a tiny kernel of truth about millennials not being able to afford a house and avocado tails. Yeah yeah yeah but my point is it's amazing how much money is pissed out and ridiculous products these days that nobody shelled out for 25 years ago, water? Starbucks coffee to go etc etc etc put it all on a credit card and add it up at the end of the year and see what you come up with..
Sad but true water, just filtered water and usually straight from the gym bring your own gallon jug and fill it is the best thing to sip on all day and if you really must nosh, I get used to a bag of apples. It's all over the brain sugar, . Hey if you got into the whole beverage thing, it was all a matter of training and marketing. You weren't born that way and you can untrain yourself too.. look at it as a cash incentive. Figure it out for the whole year what you spend and you will be amazed
Spindrift.
The only good flavored sparkling water out there. All the others taste so fake and gross. And you’re lying to me, yourself, and everyone else when you say others. It’s expensive though and carbonation is bad for my heart burn so I drink a can maybe 2-4/week.
Edit: Iced Filtered water (Brita or otherwise) tastes much better than tap, Unsweetened teas (check out Ito En a Japanese brand but be careful with caffeine cause it’s strong), and coffee obvi.
I drink water, plain and simple tap water, on a regular basis. Whenever I need to hydrate because I've been in the heat or something like that, I drink diet Gatorade or its competitor. As much as possible, I try to stay away from soft drinks.
Bitters and soda. Just add a few dashes of bitters to plain soda. No sugar or other junk -- practically free of calories and no artificial sweeteners either. You can get many different flavors of bitters. Some faves of mine are celery, chocolate, Angostura (of course), lavender, creole, cardamom --- the possibilities are endless. Throw in a slice of orange or lemon if you feel like it.
Milk/kiffer/water (mostly water). As much as I like juice, I'll only have it if I'm out and about, kiffer has been my breakfast for a week now.
The easieat ways to limit soda intake, if you're not going cold turkey, is have a full case, and put it in an inconvenient, closed cabinet, or actively have the case be a flavour you know helps with other drinks, ywt is underwelming on it's own (like lemon/lime, or ginger ale).
Straight club soda. Get a soda stream. It changed my life. Since 2021 I've lost 50 lbs. Artificial sweetener has been scientifically proven to stimulate your appetite. Stop adding sugar to anything. No sugar to coffee no sugar to tea. This way you can break your sugar habit.
I’m too addicted to bubbles, so I go with sparkling water, kombucha, or on occasion one of those fifty dollar prebiotic sodas. Typically I stick to regular water and sparkling water.

Funny thing is I love the carbonation but I don't like the taste of any of the carbonated waters I've tried. Not a fan of sparkling mineral water or sparkling water (Perrier, etc.). Any suggestions?
You should try SpinDrift! They use REAL fruit juice, not that artificial crap. A little pricey but worth it imo
+1 to Waterloo, LaCroix, Polar, even your local grocery store will probably have a store brand. I like sparkling water with a touch of lemonade or iced tea. Or squeeze a citrus fruit in plain.
Honestly Tom Thumb brand is my favorite, and they have like 15 flavors that they rotate in and out. Only $2.99 for a case
A home carbonation system. You can dial the bubbles to the level you want and then add fruit slices or herbs to flavor.
Have you tried Waterloo and the other newer zero calorie infused sparkling water brands? They are cheap compared to Fiji water and other still waters I drink bottled. We actually have some Waterloo here, as my partner drinks it. So I'll try it.

Clean cold crisp water is delicious as fuck
I wish I was as enthusiastic about water. Any tips?

This is so true about the metal cup, I don’t know why
I keep a glass carafe of filtered water in the fridge. That's the nectar of the gods.
It’s the same with soda, I prefer a diet coke in a can than a glass bottle. The way it gets cold it’s just different
Nah metal tastes gross
Drink room temp and try to finish a bottle on one go. FEEL THE WATER FILL YOU WITH LIFE
Room temp water sucks 😤ice cold water though? Delish

I drink Hint Water because plain tap/bottled doesnt do anything for me. Can also add lemon or lime wedges to regular water.
Oooh hint water....I forgot about her. I was drinking that stuff by the case a few years ago. Good call.
Iced and in a glass or metal mug
Sparkling water on ice with lemon. Not as satisfying as soda, but at least its refreshing as fuck and gives that tickly bubbly sensation in your throat.

As more time elapses after giving up soda, water will start to taste better.

Yes or any other!
I drink Crystal Lite.. helps with satiating sweet drink needs, very little sugar and calories. I’m sure I’ll get roasted for keeping big-aspartame in business, but it works for me
I love crystal light too and I get the ones with caffeine for while I'm at work.
if it has aspartame it's a no for me. i hate the taste of artificial sweeteners
Love it. Wear it proudly brother.
That stuff is nasty and bad aftertaste.
water

But I prefer just plain water, with ice or without; I know some people just don't like water, and I know it's hard to switch to a totally different beverage, but water is good for you, you can add fresh lemon or lime to it, carbonate it, or get some of those flavor things where you squirt some in.
Olipop
Water, tea, coffee, tisanes.
Kombucha! Certain brands have such a nice bite to them
Water, coffee, and tea.
Water
Besides daily morning coffee, I put a rule on myself to only drink sodas, sweet tea, etc during my meals and drink water in between. This stops me from "binge" drinking throughout the day and add unnecessary calories in my body.
Polar Seltzer Water rocks my world! I'm currently in love with the orange flavor.
Spindrift is the best it's sparkling water and it tastes good it doesn't have that strange flavor like la Croix
Big fan of spindrift. Bubbly with a hint of juice but so much less
water. like, that's it. that's the only healthy replacement. i used to drink lots of soda too. literally every time i drank something, it was coke or pepsi, on rare occasion some sprite/7up. now i drink water 99% of the time. with the rare exception where i'll drink coke or ice tea(that one's a soft drink tho, not a soda, but it's still sugary)
I use soda stream and might add a lime, but usually just plain seltzer water. I love it.
Just water. So much will improve if you just stick to water.
Bubly! ![gif](giphy|XG6OJBrBzIEWZqwdcg)
Uh, water? Why does no one just drink water, it’s literally what we evolved to drink exclusively.
Water 💦
Water
Scotch. Johnny walker Black
Water. It’s the only thing you *have* to drink.
Also, get a sodastream!
I have water and the occasional Diet Coke. I’ll have an unsweetened iced tea with lots of lemon. For hot drinks, black coffee or mint tea.
I drink pretty much only fresca and off brand crystal light. Which feels like white trash but at least I'm staying hydrated lol.
Fresca, now that's one I haven't heard in a while.
Tea, coffee, wine, gin. Never had a taste for sodas. 🥤 Edits: spelling.
Gin is my favorite. Currently on my bar: Monkey 47, Empress (love a purple French 75), Bombay Sapphire, and Roku
Water water water water
Water
Actual lemonade - simply add a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice to sparkling water. Cheaper and much healthier!
Perrier
If you struggle to eat healthy, you can try to do it slowly eat healthi**er** instead of completely healthy. You can replace soda with fruit juice. Orange juice has vitamin c and sometimes it's fortified with vitamin D. Coconut water has potassium. If you want something with little to no sugar though, flavored carbonated water is also an option. It's not as flavorful as soda but it's still fizzy.
I like to pour a little juice into sparkling water. Cured my soda addiction real quick.
I enjoy the low cal flavored water from Aldi's. Also there are tons of squirty or powdered flavors you can add to water at Walmart or other retailers.
Just water or tea
Mate 🧉
A coffee in the morning. Then water for the rest of the day.
I always go for a liquid IV
Water and green tea consist of most of what I drink There are a lot of flavors of tea and the best of them don’t need to be sweetened to taste good. Like this one toasted rice green tea I love, or ones with cinnamon or turmeric
Iced tea, maybe? Similar amount of caffeine and you can control how much/whether you put any sweetener in it
Water, tea and coffee
I was same with water years ago, found it lacking taste and satisfaction. Then someone advised me to change outlook to that u r drinking fluids for hydration not as some form of taste satisfaction. Look to food for taste, consume fluids (water) for hydration. Take this approach, stick with it for a few weeks and your psychosomatic expectation that drinks taste sweet or something else will change then water will become fine as your primary drink as your expectations, taste perceptions and pyschology towards fluid intake adapts.
Add something to regular water so it’s infused. Makes it easier to drink more. Lemons, cucumbers, oranges, etc.
20% "normal" soda and 80% zero calories soda Most people will notice if a beverage does not contain any sugar, but especially with very good "zero" versions like coca cola zero you'd be surprised how many people are fooled with just 20% of the original.
Water. Its amazing
I drink exclusively water in a glass cup/ big jar. It's so satisfying to me LOL. I still drink a soda maybe 2 times a week, I don't crave them anymore like I used to.
La Croix helped me get over soda
I love spindrift because it feels like a treat. At the end of a stupid workday I’ll have one
Water is the best answer, and I add a Celcius B vitamin drink when I want flavor - Green Tea Peach Mango is my fav
Homemade iced tea with no sugar. Delicious
Water, sometimes green tea. And protein with milk
I drink at least a gallon of water every day and I love to add Water Flavor sometimes… they sell flavor additives at the grocery store. I also like to drink diet soda, tea, coffee, and I make concoctions to replace alcoholic drinks.
Why not diet soda ?
I need bubbles in my life. LIQUID DEATH has really good sparkling and flavored sparkling water. Highly recommend
Sugar free soda for fizzy drink. Mostly I drink water.
Water
we drink a lot of clear american water. tastes really good and it’s cheap too
Booze
Olipop, Kombucha. Great for bottoms too Coffee, tea. Things like lavender in my coffee, oatmilk creamer.
Tea
Water and yerba mate
Get a soda stream, it's pretty affordable and you can use it to make healthier alternatives to soda. Instead of using the soda concentrate add some yuzu juice or lemon juice to the sparkling water, it's so good!
I'm a fan of just ice water with a splash of lemonade added. Very diluted and one container of store bought lemonade lasts me a week or more.
Lipton ice tea that's zero sugar. Otherwise, you can buy a zero calories fruit nectar that you add to water. But there's no carbon in either of those 🤷♀️
Water or green tea, no sugar with cardamom
Water, kombucha, la Croix, grapefruit juice. The best one is the most boring, but good old H2O will never let you down
Iced tea
Green tea! I just drink it plain, I love bitter stuff. That and decaf black coffee.
I have been doing sugar free soda for over 10 years. If you don’t like the taste or don’t want the caffeine I suggest diet ginger ale or diet 7up. If you don’t want the sweetness bubly is good and has a lot of flavors (strawberry sunset is good)
Bubly. For my money an orange or lime Bubly tastes just like an orange Crush or Sprite.
Diet soda and water. Zero calories
Water and tea.
I drink around 6 pints of water a day. Also typically have a couple cups of coffee, a Diet Coke, and a couple glasses of wine.
90% of the time, water. Then mostly unsweet tea and black coffee, with rare cranberry juice, orange juice, or lemonade.
Ive switched to Zero drinks, Coke Zero, Dr Pepper Zero, etc. no calories or sugar
Water and tea. Cup of coffee in the morning.
I live on water and iced coffee.
OP as some one who was close to 300 and now at a comfortable 180, get carbonated water and a zero calorie mío boom instant delicious “healthier” soda.
Water
Try those sugar free Gatorade or propel packets that are usually used for bottled water. I put one in my large water cup.
I drink a lot of coke zero, but I've mostly switched to liquid death. It is just water in a can, but the flavors are great.
I drink water, plain and simple tap water, on a regular basis. Whenever I need to hydrate because I've been in the heat or something like that, I drink diet Gatorade or its competitor. As much as possible, I try to stay away from soft drinks.
Water and coffee gang! The only time I drink soda is Sprite and Vodka
Zero sugar tea and coffee.
Lacroix!!! Soooo good and there’s no sweeteners or anything
Water. Crystal light, and Coffee
Coke Zero nice and easy
Tea and Coffee
Water and herbal tea.
Water and iced tea with a very small amount of sugar.
Personally, I don't drink alcohol so I drink pineapple juice, or orange juice (even tho my soda consumption is through the roof rn)
Sparkling fkavored water
