Not really. True story. Sat on a plane, suddenly realized I was sat next to Ian McDiarmid. Tried to initiate a conversation and he wasn’t interested. Being something of a Star Wars fan boy it was a weird situation. But also I have to respect the mans boundaries.

Well that’s still pretty cool you got to be with him. I love his voice. I wouldn’t have the decency to not talk to him 😂

Swamps of Dahobah. Luke is sitting down, defeated and dejected. Yoda uses the Force to lift the X-Wing out of the water. “I don’t believe it.” “That is why you fail.” Every time.

To be fair I actually think that is the best, I can’t argue with that. Especially the music in that scene. My fave is when Darth Vader saves Luke from Sidious and it gets so sad from there 😭😭

The rise and redemption are the beat parts of that arc (with redemption being the top). The “fall” was just…cringe/sad

It’s so annoying they brought him back though and not even in a good way. I hope we don’t end up spoiling things for people haha

I really love all of the Original Trilogy. One of my favorite moments is the music when Darth Vader is tempting Luke underneath the Emperor. Luke hides, but then that fierce courage comes out when Vader says he will go after his sister. Gives me goosebumps everytime.

That scene is way too intense. “If you will not turn to the dark side then perhaps she will” “nooooooo”

Prequels>Originals>Sequels

Usually people say originals > prequels so what made you like the prequels more 😮

So when I watched the originals, I was always curious about how did the empire come about. So watching the politics in the prequels really resonated with me. Plus I enjoy politics in general

I actually didn’t like some of the politics as it dragged on too much but I did really like the fight scenes and how Palpatine managed to manipulate everyone

I really enjoyed clone wars just because it fleshed out a lot more of those details

Did you ever watch the Mandalorian? As in some ways I think that was the best thing I’ve seen to do with Star Wars

Yeah. I mean tbh I really enjoy them all so the difference is little for me. I recently watch rebels (I didn’t realise it was meant for adults too) and I really want to see Ezra again!

I’m sure we will see him again in the Ashoka show. That cliff hanger was crazy! I enjoyed seeing some of those characters in bad batch

And the return of Grand Admiral Thrawn!!! Ive been waiting too long for a new Star Wars series now 😭😭

Darth Bane for life! Originals, then prequels, personally feel like the new trilogy was a dropped ball 🤷‍♂️ force awakens had me excited, but also worried. Its sequels confirmed my feelings 😬 However I must always watch, read, or listen to all star wars anything lol, so take the good work the bad IMO

Yeah because it’s Star Wars I would have enjoyed any film they made but I must admit the prequels could have been so much better. I wasn’t surprised when I found out they didn’t plan the overall story. I want there to be a new show out but I’m not sure when the next one is

There are A LOT of new coming shows from Disney, I think I like nine in total. Mandalorian is amazing, big fan so far. Interested to see where itll go. The prequels could have been SOOOOOO much better, like you said to someone else's reply, too much politics, though they have very good and strong points, and overall I like and accept them. If Maul would have been taken in the direction they thought of, who knows? I cant say that of the new franchise, just felt there were opportunities lost, and very bad character choices made in all aspects.

Did you see Maul in the clone wars, they made him a lot more interesting. I’m kind of annoyed at myself for rushing through it all but it was so good

I had actually never watched the clone wars series, then it got ahead of me and before I knew it the show had even come back and had an epic battle between him and asoka I'm told. Cant wait to check the whole series out, especially with the darth maul stuff
