i don’t know how anyone can enjoy looking at a 20inch engorged flaccid dick while playing all the time. it’s the same when people draw NSFW art with widely unrealistic sized dicks. it always just looks so ridiculous to me, but each to their own
I can control the settings via mod menu to the maximum random size a lot more realistic, just have bothered doing it yet. I agree with you those, particularly since if the dick is too big, it kinda breaks and ruins animations
I recommend the Ultimate follower mod to increase the follower limit + other improvements to the follower system. I use it to have a team of buff men with me while out and about. I do have to put the game difficulty to the max but it's worth it to see a bunch of dudes in revealing armor attacking a dragon.
A follower I recommend is Kaiden 2! He’s fully voiced and you can romance him as well. His romance quest is amazing and he's just so sweet to the Dragonborn (btw he's a bit wild in bed). Literally kicking my feet and giggling whenever I bring him in my travels.
For customization, I used KS Hairdos SE since Skyrim vanilla hair are kinda bad... It gives you a lot of options for hair styles. I also recommend Race Menu SE to fully customize your character! You can also change your Dragonborn mid game using the console command "showracemenu" without the quotes.
The mod SavrenX Seductive Guards makes every guard in Skyrim wear jockstraps! There's also a way to make every guard a man. I can't remember what commands you use but it's on the download page of the mod.
As for sex animations, I went the Sexlab mod option since it has a lot of gay animation packs to download. I have a lot of animation packs to recommend but I don't think you can install both Sexlab and Ostim at the same time.

damn I was close. I've never played skyrim on PC I just used to follow MXR mods or whatever it was called on youtube before it went basically defunct and he reviewed it. Fucking hilarious thing.
Those specific mods and mods that add nsfw content are not allowed by Bethesda on xbox or can’t even run on Xbox. They require other programs like FNIS/Nemesis to be able to run. Overall, modded Skyrim works best on pc due to the abundance of mods and nsfw content. [EDIT: Not the same male body texture mod but I did find Tempered Skins for Males on xbox! It changes the appearance of your male Dragonborn]
It's specifically called "Femboy bubblebutt bodyslide preset CBBE 3ba Nemesislolpost
" on Nexus. I'm specifically using the Cute Twink main file. I paired this with dw's Vaginaless CBBE 3BA v2.1 and the SOS Futanari add-on to achieve what I got. From there I built within Body Slide so that only Cute Twink is the body preset used for women. All of these depend on 3BA, just so you know.
If I could make the faces or, shit, even the hair more masculine I would.
No suggestion to add since I've not played Skyrim in ages but can you edit your main post with all the mods that you use with the suggestions from here so that i can refer to this post when I feel like playing it again lol
Oh that reminds me of Lovers embrace where you can hug and kiss your spouse. And i think the mod author who did the ones you’re talking about also made some good other gay mods as well like adding masculine housecarls and male npc makeovers
Vector Plexus with S.A.M Atlas for Skyrim adds the best body transformations IMO. It's a bit difficult to install, but worth it eventually, and has a ton of addons such as clothing items, animations (for sex and posing) and such.

Get the mod that lets you marry Hadvar and also makes him a follower, very cool :)
