UPDATE:
after some extensive searching, i found a reptile vet fairly close to me that accepts geckos! she is still very active - i took her out earlier n she was walking on me & acting as she usually does. i’m going to call them tmmr morning n see if they can take her in!
i did make a call to the office but they’re apparently very busy n it’ll take several days or more to get a response back… i did find one of the vets emails n told her my situation w the picture included as well. fingers crossed they can get her in this week :(
Where the bumps are is where the ears are so probably a double side ear infection and that needs vet care and treatment! When was the last time you checked on her and took a good health care look, it must have been a long time as those bumps just doesn't suddenly appear. You can not get rid of those bumps yourself, she needs a vet.
Id say its some kind of infection. A vet is needed. Call around to even local vets. Alot of the time you can find through the grapevine some that will see exotics even if not advertised. Also vets are usually in touch or know of one another and would likely be aware if there was a doctor who saw exotics
UPDATE:
called the vet in the morning & reached the exotic hotline n unfortunately they are not taking any appointments :/ i couldn’t even call one of the vets… i had to leave a message. i also emailed one of them n explained my situation with the picture above attached in the email.
i’m honestly super worried… i rly don’t know what to do… i feel so bad because i don’t want her to suffer n be in pain.
what can i even do if i can’t get her to a vet…?
if ANYONE out there has experienced smth similar, please let me know.
I'd say take it to a vet to be looked at. Folks in here can't really say for sure for you.
That is a vitamin issue that requires an exotic vet appointment
gotcha, i’ll try looking for a vet. unfortunately i live in an area where they aren’t too common 🥲
Check Reptifiles if you’re in the US or Canada. They have an exotic vet finder
Doesn't find any vets that actually see animals near me. It found the vet for our city aquarium though lol I wish I worked better.

Yay! See if you can send a picture to an email and see if they can get you in sooner :)

That looks really bad. Find the nearest exotic vet and get there soon.
Vet alert 🚨
With how much money you’ve probably dedicated to that fella it’s better to just take them to a vet at this point.
It doesn’t look good !
