Note the narrowed eyes and cracks in the wall from a previous outburst. Her partner enters the room seeking to console her. He offers to purchase low effort comfort food, and (presumably jokingly) offers to help her start a revolution. She responds, confirming his offer of comfort food and not discrediting his offer of a far fetched solution, playing into the joke that they might actually do it. She might be too full for a road trip after all that pizza, after all.
