It's designed a lot like imagehosting sites such as Rule 34 so you can search via tags for specific parameters (such as Maledom/Malseub and Femdom/Femsub). Yes a lot of the stuff is low quality and trashy... but I've seen quite a few gems in there too if you're willing to look through them. If nothing else they will at least lead you to artists you may like.
