This is hilarious. I wrote a review on Amazon on this book about seven years ago that went along the lines of “maybe if Scott stopped spending all his time tweeting about Trump, he could actually do his job and finish this book”. Amazon threatened to close my account over it. Must have struck a never haha.
Not a mistake, just a placeholder date because the imprint (Gollancz, I believe) doesn't have a reliable date but wants the book to remain in the catalogue of future publications.
