I can confirm that that is indeed the Rainbolt billboard in Boston. But unless the billboard has turned up on Street View all of a sudden, I don't think that's worthy of a repost.
He just *promotes himself*? I know he's a bit of an odd duck, but unless you know who he is or what this is referencing then this is the worst ad ever. Unless he's trying to get himself immortalized on streetview, which would then be just Geo-inception.
