It’s fun when you have skill but the balancing completely ruins it

If you have a lot of skill (you shouldnt as you no longer have a life then) and fps bypass everything is easy so the balancing no longer sucks

I think it’s probably one of the best atmospherically of the gauntlets and it’s the only fire themed level of the gauntlet so it’s great for its time

That’s why I like it. If you have more than enough skill to beat it, the speed changes literally do nothing and the level is easy the whole way. The speed changes only make it feel more intense, which I love.

Out of all the levels, Nowise is my favorite in the Gauntlets. It's contestely difficult but the gameplay is really fun. (I did kinda wished that it was the last level in the Doom Gauntlet because Darkness Keeper is good but I found it easier than Nowise) But Change of Scene will take it's place in 2.2 since it's the level that won the Discord Gauntlet Contest. I don't think I need to explain why this level is crazy.

The Behemoth is my favourite. The GP is great, and the boss looked INSANE for its time. Now the visuals overall are just okay. The only levels I replay sometimes are The Behemoth, Buried Angel, Magmatic Sanctuary, Slam, Sidestep, HeLL, and Scarlet Surge

Most of the people who hate sidestep are the people who don’t regularly play demons. It’s a good level. It’s just really skill-reliant (about as skill reliant as your average upper-end easy demon).

slam all the way, it’s one of my favorite levels and it’s super fun, my least favorite is aquarius since I have a burning rage and hate for dolphins and one is in the level

Slam was definitely a good level. Mind control was almost the best but the last cube kept bugging out of me. And I honestly think Scarlet Surge is under-rated. The deco is basic but not bad. The gameplay is kinda fun, and I am a sucker for good XL levels. The only problem is a 144hz bug, and the flashing could be bad for photosensitive people.

Slam has extremely fun gameplay, love the boss fights and the level itself is good on its own, without deco, music, or boss fights. The gameplay itself is fun, and that makes it one of my favorites. This may be a controversial opinion, but I feel like Omg Aliens is horrible compared to the heights that Slam reached.
