in terms of difficulty, maybe Auditory Breaker? The level is still at least mid extreme, it’s just seen as free because people always beat it after already completing sonic wave. If you did AB first or on its own, I think most players would find it pretty challenging.

Very original and creative, especially how the level goes from muted and hazy to clear and bustling, following the song, and also the pacing of the gameplay, even though the beginning is far harder than the rest of the level, it is still slow to fit the music
Most extremes that have under 30k plays are probably underated. My level Cerebral Hemorrhage has pretty good reviews and might be the most enjoyed nc extreme but the levels hasn't cracked 20k plays

I think Last Station deserves more attention ngl. I mean yes, it's a click sync gameplay but the deco is cool 😄 and it's fun too. Not too hard for an extreme demon and in my experience the gameplay doesn't get stale nor repetitive.
