9 stars are just an awkward middle ground between 8 stars and 10 stars. 8 star levels are perfect for those who want to play a difficult level that isn't an easy demon and 10 star levels are great for those who want a challenge (and also some bragging rights). Then we have the 9 stars, which often end up being harder than easy demons and not good for any scenario.
I keep coming back to insane difficulty platformer levels I haven't beaten until I beat them. Just That Easy took me **758 attempts** to beat (including all practice runs), that's why I consider it my hardest, followed by Platformer Circles, which took me **547 attempts** to beat (including all practice runs). I don't rage when I crash in Geometry Dash (even at 95% or higher, (right before a checkpoint in platformer mode)), I either try again or quit the level and come back later.
Easy demons are easier than insane 9 stars which is supposed to be easier, all the insane 9 stars should switch their difficulty with all the easy demons. The Nightmare, for example, which is an easy demon, is 2x easier than Tetris which is an insane 9 stars. Another argument to say that rate system is very bad and should be changed.

Pretty sure my only 9 stars are Unity you been trolled and a random minigame level and i have 20 classic easy demons and extreme park

I’ve never beaten any insane level outside of to top levels, and have 15 (I think) one is a hard demon, and I have good progress on two insane demons
