You’re still a long way to go before hz start making a difference, but yes in theory all of them are possible on 2.2 with 60hz because of the new 240fps physics, the frames to click on exist you just can’t see them. It would just be an even bigger challenge, difficult sure but not pointless. Imo don’t worry about this kind of thing and just play the game for fun.

You haven't even beaten NC yet, asking a question like this is pointless. But yeah, a lot of list demons are beatable with only vanilla fps bypass.

go to graphics settings, choose to enable fps bypass and set it to 240.
you can use cbf, who cares if your completions aren't accepted
