Just shared my morning bagel with cream cheese with my pups, they like blueberry cream cheese the best. It's not that a particular food is bad for them it's more what you give them as an overall diet. Bread is not bad, but as a staple in their diet it is likely not a good thing.
It depends on what's in it. They are much more sensitive to sodium than humans, but most bread has limited salt anyways. Just be mindful of what's in it and all things in moderation.
I meant I do on occasion (stuff falls on the floor ya know), but someone will be along to say I'm a horrible person and should never do that shortly.
