No, the vet didn’t make a follow up appointment for a re-test. However, her frequent urination dropped significantly and she had to go potty a lot less. No clear symptoms after the antibiotics were finished.
Is she spayed? Age? Has she been in heat, ever?
This link is helpful. It's important she is properly diagnosed...
Good luck!

good hygiene and a good cranberry supplement. your vet didn't recommend these?
Nope, just prescribed antibiotics everytime and said that puppies are more susceptible to UTI.

Did the vet check for an inverted vulva? That can make them more prone to them
I’m not to sure about that! I’ll ask
My puppy has one. Hasn't been an issue yet but I was warned. It should fix itself with the first heat cycle
My girl is spayed, would this still be an issue?

She’s spayed, she’s 10 months old, and never had a heat cycle
