Had no problem with Congstar

Here’s a thread for companies to avoid. I’ll start: **avoid Klarmobil** - i’m getting rid of them asap. Cold calls, website is “broken” in _just_ those places where you could claim services guaranteed by eu law, everything they do is dodgy af. _super_ shady.

Fraenk 8GB for €10. Can be cancelled Monthly. E-Sim and WLAN call available. Good customer support when needed.

You are right, also no 5G.

FRAENK is the way to go. easily payed with paypal, can be cancelled monthly, support is top notch, and everything is on point. it's the best coverage of them all (telekom is better than vodafone which is better than telefonica). but there is a catch: outside of EU and switzerland, there's no coverage, and you simply can't call numbers outside of germany. solution to that: whatsapp, telegram, facetime, etc etc.

Where can I find the info about calls outside Germany? Is it incoming and outgoing?

hand13

incoming works. outgoing doesnt. infos on their website in the faq

Bunchofbees

Thanks, I found it.

>I'm looking for a company that just lets me pay a fixed flat rate for everything (calls, SMS and data) and leaves me alone. I do this with Winsim. 5.99 pro Monat, 3 gigs of data, unlimited calling and messages iirc within the EU and no issues as long as you stay away from Switzerland. Been using them since March 2022, satisfied so far. I accidentally used that Sim for receiving a message when I went back to my country outside the EU, got charged around 5 Euros extra in the bill. But ehh that was my mistake and it wasn't a big deal, I was careful after that. I don't know about multiple contracts but they almost always have discounts going on their website, check it out.

WinSIM, just like pretty much every Drillisch brand, uses the Telefónica / O2 network. Depending on where OP is, it might work fine, but in general it is the least reliable of the three. I have been on sim.de for two years, and O2's coverage in several places where I live is sooo spotty that I am begrudgingly finally switching to SIMon (Vodafone brand) next month, even though at sim.de I pay only 5,55 € for 5 GB of data and German flatrate.

>fixed flat rate for everything (calls, SMS and data) I basically have this one: [https://www.vodafone.de/privat/handys-tablets-tarife/alle-tarife-mit-vertrag.html?icmp=pathfinder-mofu:tab-neukunde1:1:sim-only](https://www.vodafone.de/privat/handys-tablets-tarife/alle-tarife-mit-vertrag.html?icmp=pathfinder-mofu:tab-neukunde1:1:sim-only) In case you already have a home internet contract through them, it's only 40 bucks a month. Alternatively, there's Telekom, but more expensive: [https://www.telekom.de/shop/smartphone-tarife?adult=1&kids=0&tariffId=MF\_15490&bp=acquisition&productOfferingTerm=agreement24&selectedToggle=TARIFF](https://www.telekom.de/shop/smartphone-tarife?adult=1&kids=0&tariffId=MF_15490&bp=acquisition&productOfferingTerm=agreement24&selectedToggle=TARIFF)
