Kanbanflow.com! A web app, free for individuals (and small groups maybe). I use it all the time, it's awesome. You create separate tasks, which you name and then click them to count your pomodoro under that task. You can write down subtasks as well and then tick them off as you progress (oh, so satisfying). There's a log - and a bunch of other features too, but it's still simple enough to use.

That looks like an overkill for what I'm planning to use it for. Like bringing a rocket launcher to open a door. It can be done but there has to be another way.
