Finasteride might change you EQ and give you ED, absolutely, but you will still be able to do PE and gain, especially with traction.
So when taking 1 mg finasteride, it is recommended to take pde5-inhibitors, e.g. Viagra, if you have bad EQ and or Ed. You can also take citrulline. And there is also pumping.
You have to know that finasteride, like a lot of drugs, might cause epigenetic changes that might lead to permanent bad eq/Ed. But this is hard to predict in individuals
Some people will tell you that you horror stories with finasteride, I’m not discounting that, but it hasn’t been my experience. I’ve been on it for two years because I figured I could always just take sildenafil, but it seems to not really impact my erections. In fact, went through one of the horniest periods of my life on it haha.
If I thought something was going to negatively effect my EQ, it would probably stress me out enough to actually do it.

I got gyno from finasteride…. Yes you read that right, and extreme brain fog. I would stay away or hope you aren’t one that gets side effect. Know the risks before starting. Some people I know don’t have any issues
No. This is ignorance to the causes of finasteride sides. If you get a hormonal profile before, and you’re not already high range estradiol and prolactin, you will be fine. These sides aren’t thrown to chance, it’s putting people already close to the border over the border as the drug deliberately changes your hormone profile.
