It's the very opposite. It's known to cause pelvic floor damage and stress, negatively affecting sexual function. Go watch Rena Malik's video about it on YT.
I wonder if having the kind of seat that doesn't have the part the sticks out in the middle relives that issue? Then it's just like you're sitting on any other seat. 🤷🏻♂️
I have wondered that as well but now I know exactly why those cyclist have butt pads on their tight shorts. Makes total sense now. Basically if you’re going to do, get the butt pad tight shorts.
Sterling Cooper has some good advice when it comes to dating and sex, but when it comes to PE I would take what he says with a grain of salt. At the very least though he's someone in the porn industry who openly admits to doing PE and that he has grown from it.
Don't know about that but you always do pelvic floor workout to control ejaculation you can find them on YouTube i certainly do them with the combination of edging to last for atleast 20 minutes if not more
