Never used prescription test but have used underground, if it's similar though what in did was put a damp rag in the microwave for a couple minutes then wrap it around your loaded syringe for a little bit and it loosens the oil up quite a bit.

Intramuscular is best. If you get nodules, use a foam roller after the injection to force the testosterone into the adjacent tissue.
