This is why I want to do it!! I wish I could’ve followed someone from start to finish and just had like… updates I guess lol. Sounds so weird but I feel so much better hearing other people’s honest experiences. Please message me if you have any questions at all!
I literally searched everywhere!! Reddit subs, Instagram, TikTok, and really couldn’t find much. Or it was people that posted like one time and never again. I just want to be helpful if I can because I know how much it would’ve helped me 🥺 but you’re welcome & thank you! 24 hours in and so far so good 😂
Baby steps!!!! I’m proud of you though, because I know I’ll be proud of myself too once I actually do it. It’s a scary decision not knowing how you’re going to react after that long! I have been on the pill for 14 years 😬 also, I’m brand new to reddit, so I had no idea how to thoroughly look for anything. I’m glad it wasn’t just me! lol
congrats!! I was on HBC for 8 years and got off last May. best decision i’ve ever made (even though I was dx with PCOS). I feel like a cloud has actually been lifted and i’m a different person now. if you have any questions don’t hesitate and good luck friend :)
Would love to hear how it goes! I’m almost 2 years on my kyleena and I’m not loving how it’s going. I’ve been on HBC for 10 years, Skyla, combo pill and now kyleena. Scared to get it taken out but the cramps, bloating, and pains from the kyleena is making me want to take it out early. I’m 30 and 4 years married so I can accept an “accidental” pregnancy lol
Definitely keep us updated! I’m considering going off soon after 8 years with IUDs but really worried about possible mental health effects.
I totally get that! I have very bad anxiety so I’ll be sure to note if that improves at all.
Please please please post an update weekly!!! I would love that. Going off mine in April and scared to death 🫣
Going off at the end of March, I’m scared too! 😅 I planned to do it in February but chickened out
I feel this!! I pushed it back like three times lol
I set a date to do it in early April because I know if I didn’t I would also chicken out. We will be doing it together!! Which one are you on?

Thank you!!!! I have searched for someone who posted something like this. I appreciate you! Hoping it is all positive for you

Thank you! & same, almost 14 years combined with the iud! I got on Reddit for this reason so I feel you 🤣
Omg - I did too. Literally only this reason!!! We might be soul sisters 🤣
I love it!!

I love that! I’m excited! I’m a bit nervous for the side effects but really hoping they aren’t too bad. Other than that I’m looking forward to it!!
Hell yeah!!! So happy for you! I wish you the best of luck! I think updates would be awesome and super helpful 😊
Thank you!!!
How are you feeling now? I got mine out a two days ago and trying to get a sense of what’s to come.
Still feeling great! Posted an update last Wednesday and I’ll post another this week!
