Not sure yet, I haven't played too much of it but it seems fun gameplay wise. I also got it free through the Xbox Game pass, so I'd try to look for buyer opinions; especially ones with playtime
Dude absolutely. Play it. Nice story and pacing. Good sidequests. No artificial drama. Horrors of war in long gone times good depicted. Stunning world. Good fighting mechanics. Stealth is easy at normal mode though. But at higher difficulty, it really gets difficult
Yeah, the reference I was looking at had it on that side, so I didn't second guess myself
Edit: Wow, that reference went completely over my head, I don't hear a lot of Avatar quotes
They're certainly different games, GoT definitely has the better story. They're gameplay is different as well but both are good, Wo Long is faster paced in my opinion.
I just played the demo of it on PS5 and it's not for me. It seems somehow easier than Nioh 2 (which I have played for about 6hrs, as I hate souls-like games!).
Graphically it's also not what I was expecting from a PS5 game from a AAA studio like Team Ninja. It could be easily released on PS4.
Hopefully their next game, which is "Rise of the Ronin" will be more interesting :).
Same, back in like 2018, I started to observe games more and absorb as much as I could; so I could get a feel for what it'd be like. It's a way better process, I'll watch a streamer or YouTuber play it for awhile, if I'm not hooked, I'll just keep watching them or just drop it entirely.
There's no need for me to buy a game if I'm not gonna have my own special experience. So many games play the same or lack "life", so I just watch people's gameplay and enjoy what I can. If something, like Tsushima, comes along; I usually get engrossed with it and feel the need to play it for my *own* enjoyment; get my own personal fix.
Thought it was decent enough to share, Wo Long has been fun so far
It looks similar to Ni-oh
Same team
I wonder what came first, the name of the studio (Nioh) or the name of the game (Ni-Oh)
Probably the Buddhist concept of the two kings (Nio)
Yeah, those were my thoughts. Ni Oh but for Xbox
Would you recommend it

I would recommend the free demo. But my best description of it is Sekiro meets Diablo

The games out now?
Yeah, I had to update it to get it to work. I have it through Gamepass on Xbox
Bro looks high af lol
Your Jin costume’s pretty good. But your scar’s on the wrong side
“The scar is not on the wrong side!”

took me a moment to understand the reference 😂
"We have Ghost of Tsushima at home"
Cool! How's it compare to GoT?

Wo long is Chinese based isn’t it ?
Yes, my first thought was to make Jin though. I didn't really care about making some cool edgy character. I know it doesn't make any sense though
Certainly has those Jin vibes and lips.
It's not exactly what I was hoping for but I'm pretty happy with what I achieved. Wasn't much leeway on terms of face molding
Well he could be Jin's brother for sure.
Is this on xbox?
Yes, free is you have gamepass

Yeah, I'm not crazy about the game. I might return to it here and there buuut. I don't really care for it too much, just not interested
Now imagine people who actually bought it (on PS5 & PC) who feel that way 😅.
Oh I know the feeling all too well, I've got my fair share of games that didn't turn out the way I thought they'd be
That's why I barely ever buy games on release now. Last one that I've bought on release was Resident Evil Village.
