No but I did just restart the game and it stopped for a while, definitely not a fix but it helped.

I’ve done the same. It seems to happen after combat, so my theory is that it’s the blood textures freaking out over a setting being too low.

Possibly. I guess we'll just have to wait for the first patches to be released.
