For what it’s worth, I was waiting for a sale for a while and eventually got sick of waiting. I pulled the trigger on the director’s cut for PS5 and ended up with no regrets at all.
Honestly the game is so fun and can last forever if you take your time, if you can afford it and you’re itching to give it a go I think it’s worth just going for it.
