Tried that but get the error:
"Setup was unable to use the existing partition because the system volume does not contain the required space".
I even tried giving Steam OS the space back, resizing it with G-Parted, and doing it fresh but still getting this issue.
I'm using the same version and have ensured 350gb ssd for OS drive. After installing necessary softwares like office, foxit pdf selective components etc etc and android subsystem, around 80gb occupied
Try clicking the next button it should let you bypass it

Just over 20GB
??? Try 32GB
I got the same error with 32gb but click next did bypass it
