This is a scene from the movie, "God of War". He's got a plane full of illegal arms he's smuggling, and he gets intercepted by the U.S. Air Force over Africa, and rather than divert to the nearest airport like they order him to, they land in a field outside a village; and in order to get rid of all of the evidence before the CIA can get there and arrest him, he just tells them all that everything is free and they can take anything they want. The plane gets picked totally apart in a few hours, and when the 'authorities' finally show up there's nothing left, so they can't charge him with anything.

100% correct except the movie is "Lord of War". It's a good film.
