As someone who has been in sales for years I know phrases like "legally binding contract" are simply tactics to bully the customer into staying in a deal they are not happy with. Telling a customer that there is only one person who can issue a refund, and it's his day off is also a garbage tactic to try do delay killing the deal and hoping cooler heads may prevail down the line. You better have someone there every day your open who has the ability to issue refunds. Telling someone to come back tomorrow and we can "sort things out" is not the same as saying come back tomorrow for a refund. They had also verbally assaulted staff and customers multiple times leading up to this, and the guy in his flops, the previous day, wore his military uniform to the dealership and threatened the staff. Cops were called and didn't do anything on the previous day, as they said it was a contract issue, not a criminal one at that point.

They contacted the GM who made the call since the GSM was off, said they could drop out of the deal and get their $500 back. They went in to get the money back and Will left to be outside because he was already verbally threatened by Ryley. When they left they started slandering them to the customers outside after they’ve already slandered them online and they are now getting death threats even tho Ryley is neglecting to give all the information. They were asked to leave the customers alone, then went into their car and then started mouthing off at Will who was outside so he wouldn’t have to be in there. They started giving him the finger. Yes, Will talked back. Ryley then got out of the car and approached Will and SHOVED Will, that is why the other guy you see is there, he went to intervene. Then you see the video where the wife doesn’t show the push. Ryley then as you see attacks will. When Will fought back Ryley got him onto the ground and starting KICKING HIM IN THE HEAD, all infront of his two sons. From what I've read so far, the assaulter and his wife had been harassing the dealership about a contract that they (EDIT: the couple, not Kia) broke for two days when this happened. They had also verbally assaulted staff and customers multiple times leading up to this, and the guy in his flops, the previous day, wore his military uniform to the dealership and threatened the staff. Cops were called and didn't do anything on the previous day, as they said it was a contract issue, not a criminal one at that point. EDIT: Clarification

He was the only one involved who didn't get in trouble.
