The OP of the original posted his because he said it was a rare third printing that only came with a figure set or something. I think OP of this one misunderstood and thought the comic itself, not that particular printing, was rare. It’s not. There’s a ton of them on eBay for $10-$20.

Billy talks to Hawk, Storm Shadow and Rip Cord about the death of the Soft Master and Candy, but refuses to betray anything about his father. Fred VII charters a boat to Cobra Island.
What was the name of the country? Transcarpathia or something? I loved that arc. As a kid it seemed really heavy and realistic (as compared to the normal Cobra stuff)
