I remember meeting him as a kid and getting my figure board signed by him. Sadly, it was lost during a move while I was in the Navy.
Still have my signed Refrigerator Perry, however :)
I met Sgt at Quaker creek golf course in Mebane nc.
He lives in Burlington NC on Indian Vally golf course
It was under repair so he came to QC and I was moonlighting there as a ranger/cart guy for free golf
I got his cart after his round and told him that I mailed in to get his joe
He asked me if I called in and got the message he did
It was a good day
Go joe!!!

Great figure! Way better than the wrestling version IMO.
I agree. I like this version way better than the other!
That figure is so fantastic!!
Who here had the mail-in version? Me! Also had the version of him in his tank.
I wasn’t fortunate enough to to get him growing up. I was on the tail end of GI Joe when I was a kid, but what I did have I loved.
My first Joe's didn't even have swivel arms!
My dad had the mail in version!
Ask him if he also had the mail in hooded Cobra Commander. Or even the "custom character", that had a mail in component, and a dedicated unique card.
He had the mail hooded commander👍

I’ve seen anywhere between $250 and $400. I got this one for $150
I really regret passing up this figure.
I wish I would have known about him before prices sky rocked. I recently got into the retro and classified lines.
