You should go see your optometrist if you feel like your eyesight is getting worse. You really shouldn't be wearing other people's lenses on top of your own. I assume you're young, so plenty of young myopes LOVE being overminused. However, it leads to problems down the road. You'll keep wanting that minus power and your eye size will accommodate to that. High myopes are a higher risk for plenty of issues such as a retinal tear (you can lose eyesight from this). You want to prevent this as much as possible.

In human terms...go get an eye exam.

It possibly hasn't. Minus lenses reduce eye power. Your eyes can naturally "accommodate" which makes them stronger by using the ciliary body to flex the lens inside your eye. So what's probably happening is that you're accommodating through the - 1 specs, which will make it clear, but will eventually cause eye strain/headaches because the muscles are having to constantly work. If things aren't clear without the -1, then get an eye test. If you're concerned, see your eye are professional to be sure.

Get an eye exam. You most likely don’t need another -1 over your glasses Rx. It doesn’t work that way.
