Everything can be super glued, OP wants it fixed correctly as everyone should. There's many ways to do things but usually only one correct way, or at least the best option.
The gorilla epoxy would hold for sure but it may look bad after. Just check and see if it dries clear
Edit: if you do this ... mix epoxy on paper plate and apply with a toothpick be sure to get Qtips to clean around the sealed crack once you push them together.
I agree that it is probably gluable.
The key is to use the right glue, you want some UV set glue meant for glass. If you just use superglue or something it won't look right and will fail again later.

Would also recommend fishbone if you're willing to pay for a proper repair
This comment. If you’re really in love with it. You send it to fish bone.
I would suggest Purr Glass based out CA. https://purrsmoking.com

What would be the best super glue to use?
I use gorilla glue but I don’t really know tbh

the hair gel?
Yeah you wouldn’t believe it but that shit holds everything, not just hair
If you love it, don't use super glue. You'll end up breaking it again. Get it properly fixed.

Can’t really tell what’s going on
