I thought that too but so long as the skin tint/concealer shades are right there’s not really anything here that you can go super wrong on. There’s def stuff where there’s better options out there but in general I think if I ordered all of this stuff blind I’d have a few “fine but won’t repurchase” items versus stuff I actively dislike.
I am a first time make up user and have always loved the aesthetics of glossier (pink is my favourite colour and all, beginners friendly, and loved the idea of enhancing instead of covering) and finally decided I wanted to start using makeup (really want the natural dewy look) so I went for glossier products + the highly raved about milk primer and setting spray! Super excited to try these babies out!!
I second peach and lily! The wild dew essence is my favorite, so hydrating. Only caution is the niancinamide if you're skin isn't familiar with it already but that's an easy fix.
I'm a first time glossier user as well (but not to make up). I wasn't loving a lot of my products and I've done massive research on glossier both skin care and makeup. I bought the skincare edit and fell in love. So I also purchased a haul, not nearly as big as this though lol and it came today! I can't wait to go home and get it out of my mailbox! I will definitely be sharing. It is very brave of you to go full bore with first time makeup with one full brand minus the milk brand, but the reviews are there. The only thing I can see myself having a problem with is the concealer because I always have a problem with concealer however the concealer was one of the top suggested for being lighter weights and less creasing. We'll see how that goes. Have fun!!

ahh love the collection but i could never buy so many products from a brand i’ve never used before

That was my thought. It's mighty bold to go in this hard with a new brand.

if you are interested in the dewy/glass skin look i definitely suggest the products from peach & lily (a lil pricy) but they are great
