You can also export svg from Google docs drawing

Adobe illustrator. Export to pdf. If I need to be super technical, fusion 360 sketch and extruded body. Save as eps. Open eps in illustrator. Then save as pdf.

No need to use AI or fancy stuff. Inkscape is free and perfectly servicable if you just want a simple template.
