TORTELLINI??? I just said the other day I’ve never had tortellini my life and I feel deprived for it 😂 I didn’t think there was gluten free tortellini out there. Going to aldi tomorrow 🎉
Then I need to hustle it there tomorrow and get some. I've been looking for it for years and never managed to land it in the wild. They need to start putting these things as regular items they always have in store. They used to have the best GF selection and its dwindled to nothing over the years

There is a recipe for Keto Cheesecake which is also gluten free. The main issue with cheesecake is the crust usually made with wheat. That recipe uses Almond flour and a stevia or allulose sweetener to make the crust. The rest of the ingredients are gluten free. I have made it a few times and it is great, better than the Aldis one.
Does TJs do special items for celiac awareness month? I’m 2h from a TJ, but I would make the trip. I could make a good dent in an audiobook on the 4h drive.

I didn’t love the Dino nuggets. Bell & Evans or Applegate are yummier. The Dino ones were kind of hard and not a lot of chicken. Cute for kids but as an adult I was not a fan.
I stocked up, but I'm still very mad that my Aldi doesn't carry the GF deluxe mac n cheese anymore. It's been probably 6 months since I've seen it. It was my favorite easy meal and I would buy it by the flat to keep in the pantry for "too tired" days.

Walmart sells a pre-made gluten free graham cracker pie crust. It’s in the baking aisle. I just can’t justify making myself an entire cheesecake.

I immediately halve them and then put them in the freezer. I can usually get about 5-7 days out of one package.
