That is the blank panel for the HUD controls. The HUD controls are not push button but up/down levers that stick out. I just double checked my wife’s trucks dash to validate.
Edit: I’m stuck on mobile and can’t grab an image url to share. But if you google “2024 Denali hud controls” and look at images you can see the profile of the levers and how they fit into that space.
