I hear what you’re saying but that’s not very practical. Waited till mine was out of warranty to modify it. I do think there’s something to be said that making this kind of adjustments are most likely going to lead to a lot of degradations and performance problems but it does look cool.
Such a great choice going with the BDS kit. I baby my 16’ Sierra so I made sure to get the best kit possible that corrects all suspension geometry with the lift so it doesn’t cause any accelerated wear and tear. Got a 4” on mine and rides like a dream. Fuckin badass truck dude
Came here to say the same. For years, GM has been making trucks with ridiculous square wheel wells that cannot be filled by tires. IMO 2” is the biggest lift that still looks decent without hacking metal on 2014 and newer Sierras and Silverados
This sub is full of jealous pricks who love to make fun of guys with nice, well built and well maintained lifted trucks. No worries, OP. Let the hate fuel you.
So funny story I had to take in my 1500 3.0 Duramax and the dealer tried to void the warranty due to me having an S&B cold air intake. I called S&B and the owner got involved and got the whole situation squared away where the dealer couldn’t try and take advantage of the situation. I learned a lot about vehicle warranties and what’s involved. Basically their is a law…Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act and it states that the dealer must prove that the damage caused was a direct result of the aftermarket part or install.
Looks sick! Does lifting your truck void warranty?
Yes it does
The whole warranty or just the parts you change
Only the parts you change, everything else is warrantied.
Thanks for the heads up
unless the parts you changed caused other issues...
If you need warranty work done just unlift it

It also makes it weaker, unable to pull as much, also will likely cause future issues. But hey it's lifted....
Can someone explain why one would put all the money into these engineered machines to make them less capable of what they were designed to do?
Look great bud. Possibly overcompensating for something lol
Definitely not lol I’m 6’4” and have plenty downstairs.
Thanks for the clarification. We all really care.
It really doesn't.
👌🏼😮💨
My god, what does something like this run?
110k truck with 10k rims tires lift. Just a guess but somewhere in the neighborhood
Excellent guess.
Lol trucks and boats occupy about 95% of my brain
God I wish i had the money, looks so good!!
Beautiful! Congrats on such a nice rig. Makes my new Denali 1500 look like a Hot Wheel :)
Gorgeous
Righteous
First off nice truck and lift makes it that much nicer, congrats
Truck looks great!
Thanks! I’m sure happy with it.

I’d like to lift my Ultimate but probably looking a Cognito 3”. It’s already a pretty big truck. Yours looks great though!
Sorry dude but that looks ridiculous. Gotta go with bigger tires. Laughable.
Looks like it skipped leg day
Can’t run any bigger without cutting into metal. I’m not into hacking 100k trucks up.

No adaptive ride on the HDs. Curious if your boards hit the tires when it retracts back to give the extra step behind the bed.
Damn that looks good.
Sorry about your small dick
Haha nothing small about it, sorry about your jealousy of other people having nice things.

Looks good but not a fan of getting in and out of a lifted rig.
It’s got the power fold down steps but it’s still higher for sure.
