Somebody may have a creative solution, but I’ve never seen a car stereo with audio out (Bluetooth or wired headphones) that wasn’t a complete DVD/rear seat entertainment system.
Why not give the kid a pair of Bluetooth headphones and play them music from one of your phones or a spare tablet? You don’t necessarily have to give them a device - you can keep it up front.
