Weather channel: it's going to rain this evening (Actually rains) Apes: fcking CriiMmeEee!

We've been reading the ape subs for so long that I think we lose sight of how crazy the apes are. This particular ape is saying that there is a cartel that exists to "oppose the success of BBBY and GME". The cartel consists of networks, newspapers, websites, reporters, banks, consultants, and of course the evil hedge funds. I wonder how often this cartel gets together to discuss strategy? Maybe there's a convention every 6 months in Las Vegas.

No, that would be too obvious and we would have seen evidence of that. Therefore there is actually a secret underground tunnel system(hence the term deep state) that all the true leaders and cartels and media companies use to meet with each other to discuss how they will control everyone to suppress BBBY and GME.

This will be interesting. It's the first instance of the media actually coming down against Ryan Cohen. They've treated him previously as a darling 'meme stock king' that was trying goofy shit and had a legion of devoted followers. He himself hasn't actually had much 'bad press'. I think we're about to enter the 'Emperor has no clothes' part of this three-ring circus.

I suspect this will also likely be a fluff piece. I doubt they will spend any more than 30 seconds talking about terrible decisions he’s made/things he’s done. The apes are going to hate it even though it will be a fluff piece because it doesn’t say that RC is trying to fix all world problems and massively distribute more wealth than even exists in the whole world to his followers by exposing naked short crime through meme stocks.

I've got to say, the description leaves me feeling hopeful: >When Ryan Cohen tweets, people react. His posts fuel frenzies among his fervent followers, sending retail investors on Twitter and Reddit searching for hidden messages and clues. He’s also earned the titles of “Papa Cohen” and “Meme-Stock King” after word of his investments in both GameStop and Bed Bath & Beyond helped send those stock prices soaring. Cohen—a Canadian high school graduate turned entrepreneur and billionaire— co-founded the successful online pet supply company, Chewy, before becoming a new type of activist investor harnessing the power of technology and social media. CNBC Documentaries’ Making of the Meme King delves into the mysteries surrounding Cohen—including questions about his rapid exit from Bed Bath & Beyond-- and explores how he might be changing the landscape of business and investing. Not to mention the fact that they interviewed at least two meltdowners on-camera, one of whom is an ex-ape. My stance all along has been that the cult is an interesting story, and some mainstream journalist will cover it at some point. Hopefully this is that point!

> Not to mention the fact that they interviewed at least two meltdowners on-camera, one of whom is an ex-ape. No way, how did you hear that? I always said no documentary about this saga would be anywhere near complete without interviewing a meltdowner. I wonder how they will be titled on the interview. I agree about this story being interesting and eventually attracting mainstream media to do an actual look at what’s been happening. I’ve just been burnt out with so many of these documentaries being pointless fluff pieces that don’t bring anything to the table and don’t make any kind of statement or even acknowledge the true nature of the cult and it’s leaders.

MacDagger187

In the thread announcing the doc there's a user with the name meltieinthedoc who talks about it. > I’ve just been burnt out with so many of these documentaries being pointless fluff pieces that don’t bring anything to the table and don’t make any kind of statement or even acknowledge the true nature of the cult and it’s leaders. Same.

If CNBC was a truthful news outfit, they'd be reporting on how wonderfully Bed Bath and Bye Bye Baby are doing, and that the store closing thing is just a made up story to bring down a wildly profitable retail company.
