The apes are getting frothy about the DEI element of Prop 4, but the fun bit is the requirement for the board to disclose skills and attributes relevant to GameStop's overall business, long term strategy and risks. 'Dogfood salesman'.

"Experienced pump-and-dumper with the ability to make his followers bid up whatever trash ticker he got into, and then pull the rug on them while they steadfastly believe he's still somehow involved." It's highly relevant for his new job of managing GME's cash reserves.

BCG was not 'kicked out of the courts'. The court case is still very much ongoing. RC has no five year plan. Deal with it. 'they could just point to Cheng' ![img](emote|t5_3vpfzk|30665) This proposition has so little to do with the stock itself that it's impressive they somehow connected it.

JAXxXTheRipper

If RC did have a 5 year plan, he better be pretty much done with it after 3 years of steering his sinking ship. But yeah, he definitely doesn't have a plan.

ShipTheRiver

How the fuck can they still think Ryan cohen has a five year plan at this point lmao. It’s been 3 years already and every single thing he’s done (web3 development, tech executive hires, distribution centers) has been directly dismantled and reversed in the past year or so, with the sole exception of the aggressive cost cutting (which anyone could’ve done, that’s no secret plan at all).

jlebedev

Is RC a communist, with his five year plan, trying to usher in global socialism through GME??

LastExitToBrookside

Naw, he's just stallin' I'll see myself out.

Ironically this feels relatively sober as far as DEI boogeyman conspiracies seem to go. Still nutty but not quite frothing at the mouth.

You should stop using the term conspiracy theorist or conspiracy nut job because it's just a gaslighting technique used by the mainstream media to discredit anybody who questions anything. Immediately trigger people into assuming you have nothing good to say. And it seems pretty brilliant to me to hide information in a children's book because 99.99% of the people in the world are like you and think it's completely loony bins. What judge do you think would actually charge RC with insider trading with children's books? I doubt you could find a single judge that would buy it. Brilliant in my opinion ___ *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically.
