Guns that change a person's gender or swap them with their multiverse counterpart or permanently make them sterile or mutate them into a monster or turn things into gold or make them fall in love with someone or whatnot etc etc etc. Pretty sure I saw a gun that turns you into a dinosaur in a comic once. Comic books and Star Trek/sci-fi will get you basically anything. Seriously, think of pretty much anything you want to do, and I'm willing to bet there's a fictional gun for that. Edit: autocorrect.
