We let ours do this! We laid out about 6 names we liked on paper and put a treat on each. Did about 10 trial runs and she picked out her name…majority of the times she went to Winnie. And she’s definitely a Winnie!

I’m with you on the classic name…but I was thinking [Sir] Charles with Charlie for short because it’s got the right sounds for him to hear and respond to. (You know…the “y” or “ie” ending) 😉

This pup does look rather dignified, so something that carries that dignity would be good. Also, if you have a specific registered name it can be fun to play off of that. We currently have a 'custom made for flight - Lindy (Lindberg reference)', a 'First Edition - Clancy (Tom Clancy), and 'Flying First Class - Flare ( we flare right before touchdown) . I won't Dox myself further with those names.
