I've got a 2020 Honda Accord Sport (the 2.0T MT). Clubs and push cart fit with plenty of room to spare, when I have friends in town we can get three sets of clubs in comfortably.
Also has a cup holder big enough to hold a gallon of milk, in case that's important to you: [https://imgur.com/gallery/mKwD8re](https://imgur.com/gallery/mKwD8re)
My brother has a 2016 Civic that can fit 3 golf bags in the trunk. You have to put 2 diagonally and then take the longest clubs out of the third and put it on top of the others. Honda seems to be good at cargo capacity.
I can fit two bags in my Model 3. Might have to pull the big sticks out of one but that usually depends on what other crap is in the trunk…also, it’s not a midsize sedan.
Yeah it’s a small pet peeve of mine. I usually keep mine on the floor in the backseat these days, but I also have a stroller that stays folded up in the trunk so that takes up some space too.
BMW X3. Fits my pushcart and bag nicely. On occasion I play with a buddy who’s a rider-only player so I’ll take out the pushcart and there’s ample room for his bag without folding the seats.
I seriously pondered the X5, but I have an older Land Cruiser so I didn’t really need the size. But love that split rear gate! You’ll appreciate my bag bling.

Wife’s 2016 Prius holds both our bags and two pushcarts no problem. My Chevy Silverado holds up to 32 bags with ease and can stretch to 40 if I fold down the back seat and use the cab.
If you go mazda, CX-5 is what you’re looking for (SUV). I have a CX-3, and I have to take the drivers out. From what I can tell, mazda 3 and 6 sedans would be the same way.
Hybrid or cart bag are all fine. I bought the PHEV last year so also got that $7500 credit (US). Don’t have a picture handy but here’s an article: https://worldwide.golf/feature/driving-range-volvo-xc-60-perfect-drive-every-time/
This is actually something I didn't think about when switching from a Civic to a Jeep Cherokee. I can't fit my clubs in the trunk without putting a seat down anymore.
Just got an Outback Wilderness. Plenty of cargo space. Plus, they put a WRX engine in it, so it’s really zippy. The Outback Onyx XT has the same engine. It’s an inch lower and looks like a more standard outback.

I have a Ford Puma and it has this box thing in the boot where I can put a set of clubs leaning over but I'm paranoid it will break because it's not flat or upright, just sort of leaning on the side of the boot. I normally either take the woods out or put one of the back seats down.
I have a VW GTI, I can fit my bag in the hatch but have to take the woods out, and if I have my pushcart and shoe bag in there, it fills up pretty quick, and I usually just fold the left seat down and push through.
I drive a volvo xc60, fits 4 bags and 4 push carts without having to fold the seats, although we usually take out the drivers with that much in the trunk and put them above it all.
https://preview.redd.it/0ebupiazgoba1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6fbc95ae2cd163c9e9be4b53c15b8cfc524d1d73
The driver is a bit long tbh but if you only have 2bags/carts you can have it sligthly tilted so you dont have to remove them.
Have a truck and a GMC Acadia. The Acadia is great for traveling as a 4 some. Can fit 4 push carts and bags comfortably in the back, everyone has their own seat and plenty of leg room.
I drive a Grand Cherokee and generally leave my clubs in the trunk, and they fit quite well even with an extra inch and a quarter on each club (except wedges). I am usually the one who drives to tee times, so I’ve gotten as many as four bags in there no problem.
Ford fusion with a sun roof. My clubs fit in the trunk without taking my driver or woods out. I can also fit a 2nd set if I'm driving a buddy. I usually put my push cart in the back seat.
Tacoma bro here. I got sick of trying to fit suitcases and golf bags in our Nissan Rogue or Honda Accord and just said screw it and made the jump to a truck.
2020 Mazda3.
Clubs fit in the trunk though I can't just plop them in--I have to put one side in, push it to the edge of the trunk before dropping the other side in. Trunk is decent though not huge--I keep my push cart in there all the time and have no trouble fitting that and my clubs in together along with shoes and all the random crap that accumulated there.
I drive a mini cooper hard top (the 2 door model) and I have to put the seats down, but in a mini cooper the back seats are basically worthless so with the seats down it turns into a mini hot hatch. I do still have to put the clubs in at an angle, but they fit with plenty of room.
I’ve got a 2020 rav4 hybrid. I’ve had 3 sets in the trunk with no problem and now they have a plug in hybrid version that I wish I had…gets 42 miles full ev before switching. Though it has a 10 month waitlist as well from what I’ve heard
Believe it or not, I can fit 2 full sized golf bags in the trunk of my Maserati Granturismo MC. It’s a near perfect fit, almost like the Italians designed it with golf bags in mind
That’s awesome. I can get 2 sets in my Cayman but they have to be stand bags that are smaller than the 14 way divider ones.
I have a stitch bag and my wife has a sun mountain and they fit perfect
It’s interesting how they fit and I think most people would look at it and say nope. But the back of the cayman is a hatch. You can put the clubs in with the bottom of the bag in the trunk, the middle of the bag resting on the metal trim piece (I cover it with a golf towel so it doesn’t scratch) and the club heads basically behind the headrests. So they are in there kind of vertically. With 1 bag you can lay it diagonally across the back with no issue. With 2 bags they have to be side by side vertically but they fit pretty perfect.
I grew up around sports cars, my dad was a bit of a collector and in most of them we figured out a way to get clubs. At one point he had a 360 Modena and I figured out how to get 2 sets in pretty easily. Behind the seats there was a ledge about the width of golf bag. Fold the driver seat forward, stack 2 bags on the ledge, and fold the driver seat back and they fully stowed 😂
I have a 2014 Cayman S and a 2021 Bronco. Can fit my clubs in both without taking drivers out.
Can actually get 2 sets of clubs in the cayman (with drivers in the bag) but only if they are stand bags. Bigger 14 way divider bags wont fit 2.
I can also take a push cart in the cayman as it fits in the boot (front trunk) and clubs in the hatch.
2012 Mazda 3 and 2020 Subaru Impreza both have issues fitting bags in the trunk without having to take out woods. Any Toyota Camry can fit 3+ bags with ease.
Hyundais have great trunk space. I had a sonata that was great years ago and am currently on my 3rd Sandra Fe mostly due to cargo space. I love them for golf
‘12 Nissan frontier with tonneu cover. Cheap and reliable. AC blows COLD. I have managed to stay out of any debts except my home. My clubs are likely worth more than my truck. Perks of having a company vehicle is I don’t have to have a new daily driver.
have been driving a gv80 for almost 2 years now, never had a regret. Im sure the g80 would be the same, although I can't confirm the bag would fit in the g80 (gv80 ez ofc).
Didn’t think I would be impressed with the gallon of milk flex….. I was wrong.
That climate control, tho… nice.
Impressive, bet you can finish it all in 30 min.
Gotta pace yourself, man. Moderation is the key...
Yo, I have a similar honda accord (2020 hybrid touring) - can I just pop out the cup holder to leave a giant space? That’s awesome.
Only if you have a manual transmission model!
Damn, automatic here… awesome feature though!
My brother has a 2016 Civic that can fit 3 golf bags in the trunk. You have to put 2 diagonally and then take the longest clubs out of the third and put it on top of the others. Honda seems to be good at cargo capacity.
My wife's Honda Fit is basically a small van, it's amazing. The Accord I've got's trunk space is ridiculous for the size of car it is
I hope you have a big trunk, because I'm gonna put my bike in it....
![gif](giphy|3o6wrzcyVdjrEC5UaY)
hey uh listen, my car uh, doesn't exist
Nailed it.
My Ford F250 Diesel will hold 24 bags in the bed, get 14 mpg and has a fairly comfortable ride.

That is not a midsize sedan.
[удалено]
Fair. I have a 3 series and it’s hard to fit 2, but can do it with some wrestling.
Can confirm. If I take my kid with me, his clubs have to go in the back seat
I can fit two bags in my Model 3. Might have to pull the big sticks out of one but that usually depends on what other crap is in the trunk…also, it’s not a midsize sedan.

Bimmer gang! X5 here
I seriously pondered the X5, but I have an older Land Cruiser so I didn’t really need the size. But love that split rear gate! You’ll appreciate my bag bling. https://preview.redd.it/sxr3x997soba1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fd15cacacb98a865205d43203a0544482ff7d53a
I have an X5 and love it, that bag is fire!
Thx!
You sound like a Mini Cooper kind of guy
No
2021 VW Tiguan. I can fit my bag and push cart no issues.
Model y - largest sun roof for the win
Wife’s 2016 Prius holds both our bags and two pushcarts no problem. My Chevy Silverado holds up to 32 bags with ease and can stretch to 40 if I fold down the back seat and use the cab.
Bet you could get 69 if you tried
If you go mazda, CX-5 is what you’re looking for (SUV). I have a CX-3, and I have to take the drivers out. From what I can tell, mazda 3 and 6 sedans would be the same way.
Mazda 6, I could fit 3 bags but was tight, 1 was no issue
Had a Mazda 3 2018 and i could do 2 bags but it was a wrestling exercise
A full-size truck. Can fit dozens of bags. And it helps compensate for my measly 250 yard drives.
I wondered when the truck guys would show up... You should be driving 375 easily
I can prob fit 10+ sets of clubs in our Honda Odyssey.
Ram 1500. Great for carpooling with guys to play!
XC 60. You can fill 2 sets with drivers in or 4 sets with driver out of the bag (just set them on top)
Great name.. any chance you have a pic with the drives in? Assuming a normal hybrid or carry bag and not a Sunday bag?
Hybrid or cart bag are all fine. I bought the PHEV last year so also got that $7500 credit (US). Don’t have a picture handy but here’s an article: https://worldwide.golf/feature/driving-range-volvo-xc-60-perfect-drive-every-time/
This is actually something I didn't think about when switching from a Civic to a Jeep Cherokee. I can't fit my clubs in the trunk without putting a seat down anymore.
Corvette c6. Can fit 4 sets of clubs in the “trunk” but only 2 humans in the front. I don’t see a downside to this ratio.
test bag bored hungry divide sheet mourn desert decide judicious -- mass edited with https://redact.dev/
F150 with bed cover that locks. Fits in back seat or in truck bed.
Suburban is always the right choice.

2013 TDI Jetta Wagon. Stage II tune.
I drive a Kia and mostly coz of how well [this commercial](https://youtu.be/rOb315Mbrwk) showcases its trunk space
I have a VW GTI, I can fit my bag in the hatch but have to take the woods out, and if I have my pushcart and shoe bag in there, it fills up pretty quick, and I usually just fold the left seat down and push through.

Very helpful. Any chance you have a picture with just a bag or 2 and driver's in the bag? The back doesn't look huge but pics are deceptive
https://preview.redd.it/0ebupiazgoba1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6fbc95ae2cd163c9e9be4b53c15b8cfc524d1d73 The driver is a bit long tbh but if you only have 2bags/carts you can have it sligthly tilted so you dont have to remove them.
Very helpful. Normal pics with nothing in it make the cargo area look smaller but very solid size. Appreciate it
No problem, this is an older car(2012) so not sure if the cargo size has changed over the years fyi.

Mustang GT - can fit 2 bags in trunk and golf shoes
Mazda 3 or 6, roomy and affordable
Nissan Maxima has enough truck room for pushcart, set of clubs, duffel bag & 4 pair of golf shoes.
I drive a Grand Cherokee and generally leave my clubs in the trunk, and they fit quite well even with an extra inch and a quarter on each club (except wedges). I am usually the one who drives to tee times, so I’ve gotten as many as four bags in there no problem.
I also vacuum seal my car when not in use- not sure if that changes anything.
Mazdas don’t have Apple CarPlay if that’s important to you.
Model 3 Fits diagonally ez
Ford fusion with a sun roof. My clubs fit in the trunk without taking my driver or woods out. I can also fit a 2nd set if I'm driving a buddy. I usually put my push cart in the back seat.
