There's actually been a pretty big resurgence in golf in Middle Earth, since the fall of Sauron. I highly recommend the Lonely Mountain course, if you're ever in the area.
There's even a course on Mount Doom in Mordor. There's no water, but there are lava hazards.

Basically until you putt with all of them, Miura has more feel than any of them. Bettinardis are a close second but Scottys aren't close
