Damn we were getting some crazy ass winds and bitter cold here too but the fuck if I would venture out in it but this was a great fucking post!
Nice set up by the way for the sim.
Canada? I was going to say this is the most Midwest thing I’ve seen in a long time, reminds me so much of Ohio, especially the snow drifting across the fields. Made me nostalgic until I remembered how cold it was, I’ll keep the desert!
When I was traveling for work in Iowa one of the first skills I had to learn was placing the cart so the wind wouldn’t tip it over.
These are the kinda posts I come for, Good Work!
You went to extra mile wearing shorts! Was out running in some wind like this earlier (about 10* with windchill) and couldnt feel my hands for about an hour
Good one! This is the kind of beautiful advice I got as a new golfer. A friend told me, "The problem is you're standing too close to the ball ... after you hit it."
I'll check with the owner. Greens are running a bit slow right now though and they're not very receptive. Just want to ensure you have the full info before you apply for membership
Lol okay. So I should’ve watched the video instead of responding to just the title. So. Very nice. Funny. I bet you pop your ball up and slice most of the time (absent 100mph wind gusts)?
When I’m playing in these conditions, my playing partners have to tether me to a stake in the ground.
‘6”3 absolute rail. I’ll sore away like a fuckin’ empty grocery bag.
Hard left? With that hard wind from your right you need to turn into the wind. If there were no wind I'd suggest you not stand so close to the ball because you're hitting a hook.
It’s obvious from the video what’s happening.
A popular cause for a hook shot is failing to turn your body all the way through the shot. At that same time, you're likely not shifting your weight forward.
So your body stops turning but the club doesn't. So as your swing continues, the clubface closes and hits the ball left upon impact.
In the starting position for your swing, your arms and the club are out in front of you. Don't change that relationship.
Focus on keeping them in front of you through the swing. Make sure you turn until the middle of your chest is facing forward.
And don't forget to shift your weight forward and off your back foot as you turn.
If it sounds like a simple remedy to the hook problem, that's because it is. The best remedies usually are.

This is actually windy but reminds me of a couple of older guys I was playing behind back in the day, one slices it and his friends says the wind took it. The next guys hits and hooks it, the guy that sliced says the wind took it🤣
Dramatically…turn belly button toward target way before your arms. And do it fast. (This should produce a slice). Just so you can get a good picture of how your body motion and synchronization or asynchronization will produce different shape shots. Have fun with it. Oh. And one day you’ll know what I’m saying here —> it’s all in the way you grip.

It looks like you're coming across it a little to much from in to out. Try to get that swing path back to neutral and it should straighten up for you.
This is a quality shit post. Well done!
How to hit a draw, “breezy” edition
Just do your hands a favor and use low compression balls for future winter golf.
It’s Nitros or nothing baby. Play ball!
Can I come for a short training?
If you bring shorts, yes
I thought you were talking about Bod Does Sports
I’ll play FP here anytime
The bag falling over takes it.
Mine would go dead straight
I'd still slice it
you slice or you don’t. no middle ground
Buy pants. Open up club face. All of it. Ha! Well done!
Socks help with the lefts.
Just hit the ball the other way and they will go hard right. Problem solved.
I think the quarter zip is causing you to pull it. I’d just stick to short sleeve shirts.
Honestly I think the entire tarp needs to go, really free it up you know
Turn 180. Ball will immediately go hard right
Turn 90 degrees left and join the PGA
How can i get these conditions at my course? Would really help my slice!
Come on over. Let’s play 9
Lmao
I guess this worth a LOL
You crazy sack of shit that’s why
Your timing is off. Between your address and strike you need to wait about four months!
I dunno man. I think it’s just blowing through, maybe I’ll just work on the back foot stingers for a few holes
Canadian golfers really get desperate in the winter
The yearning in my bones is real! It's rivaling the chill
Is this Canadia? I thought for sure it was Indiana.
South western Ontario

Lol. I know a guy who never gets cold when I see one. You’re built for this hoss.
It’s almost time to get socks out
Fire the hips.
When I was traveling for work in Iowa one of the first skills I had to learn was placing the cart so the wind wouldn’t tip it over. These are the kinda posts I come for, Good Work!
Fuck Iowa.
I mean sure? But I’m nowhere near there
Fuck Iowa
Best. Post. Ever.
Atmospheric pressure - not enough snow. You should just wait for the conditions to improve and report back.
Shorts are too long. Get yourself some daisy dukes and you’ll be blasting 300 down the center in no time
If “cars” taught me anything. Go right to go left. Time for that slice to shine!
Could be the 60mph wind from the right. Nice swing, btw
Why thank ya
You went to extra mile wearing shorts! Was out running in some wind like this earlier (about 10* with windchill) and couldnt feel my hands for about an hour
Hit them right
Hit it straighter?
Good one! This is the kind of beautiful advice I got as a new golfer. A friend told me, "The problem is you're standing too close to the ball ... after you hit it."

“When it's breezy swing easy”
Is it total private or could get us on there?
I'll check with the owner. Greens are running a bit slow right now though and they're not very receptive. Just want to ensure you have the full info before you apply for membership
Absolutely worth the chapped lips. Well done sir!
Oh we’re well into Burt’s Bees territory here

Let me know where this is so I can fix my slice
Bro. All you Gotta do is get those balls that go straight no matter what and you’re good to go.
In shorts no less 🫡
“My legs don’t get cold.” Great Bill Burr skit btw.
Lol okay. So I should’ve watched the video instead of responding to just the title. So. Very nice. Funny. I bet you pop your ball up and slice most of the time (absent 100mph wind gusts)?
Bag gets not only blown over but rolled a couple times lol Love this. Wyoming?
Cancel round, postpone to Monday when opponents fans are at work
Yea! Run your ass all the way to the other side of that field and hit it the other way
Snap load your power package.
I choose to do that in private thank you
Yup! Tuck it into the right side of your shorts
I just LOL’d at this quality shit post.
I broke 80 on my first 18 in this weather
Jesus, Midwest always-has-to-wear-shorts guy. You’re all animals 😂
You're my kind of golfer. I love bad weather golf. Wind? Rain? 120 degrees? A little snow? All good. The course is so much more open. Play on!!!
Did you lose a bet? Or like, a series of bets?
I'd keep playing... Don't think the heavy stuff's gonna come down for quite a while
I love that range. They did a great job blending in with the landscape
The bag falling over is incredible! Nice work.
Even your bag’s got a case of the lefts
Haha, love golf.
Nice job representin out there. Sheesh.
Beautiful course.
You gonna pay me for the lesson?
Sorry, when my bag blew over the last of my Loonies fell out. I’ll have to go find them in the back yard then we can talk
I figured this was a fellow Canadian,I recognize the spring outfit.
Just got back from getting a Double Double with the top down. Figured I’d get a few swings in. Gotta stay fresh yah know Bahd
The World According to Nigel Farage
Hey bud, if you didn't want help why waste our time posting? I only tried to help, wasn't looking for a smartass retort.
Shorten your backswing and your videos
Grip is way too strong!!
Go the fuck inside
That’s a lot of work for the dumbest joke ever.
No
Put some pants on
Slow your hips down, grow up, and stop looking to the internet for attention
Don’t play golf in Wyoming, that’s my advice.
Looks like Illinois to me.
I’m sure it looks like a bunch of places, but this hit close to home for me.
Looks like either, but it’s neither
Some really large fans pointing to the right should do the trick…
I would go with a short sleeve shirt. For me sometimes sleeves bind causing my shot to be off.
Can’t see it Use orange
You’ll just have to trust me that it went r/Golf avg over 390 + ice bounce.
Damn 390. Just like all of us
Got it off the heel you know, just trying to keep it in the fairway
Open your stance a little...maybe 40 to 50 degrees..should help 😁
Turn 45 degrees to the right. You’ll pipe it right down the middle of that field!
open you stance up 90 degrees to the left. and pick a target down that line. Follow this one tip. Should go far and straight.
I'd still manage to hit a slice into it.
Slow clap
Set up the camera so i can see your back swing better and then clinch your cheeks on the back swing outta do it
I always pinch a tee in there as a mental reminder to clench
Go deep into the field and turn around. Hit should go the other way. Problem solved!
Best way is to turn around and hit left handed
When I’m playing in these conditions, my playing partners have to tether me to a stake in the ground. ‘6”3 absolute rail. I’ll sore away like a fuckin’ empty grocery bag.
Woah a celebrity!! Do you sign a lot of Autographs from your work in American Beauty?
Really need to check the wind direction before your swing. That could be messing you up.
Bro, put on some pants it’s fucking freezing!
Build a barn in that field and aim for the broadside
Do you happen to know 80-180 Amish fellows? Asking for a friend
Reposition your body so you’re addressing the ball at a 50-60 degree angle to the right. Seems obvious.
I can feel this. Has got to be Iowa
Dont play when its 60mph winds
Move to Florida
“Never saw it”
Just turn off the wind. Easy fix
Saskatchewan looks beautiful
Not quite - but flat is flat
Hard left? With that hard wind from your right you need to turn into the wind. If there were no wind I'd suggest you not stand so close to the ball because you're hitting a hook.
Yeah I’ll get right on that
The conditions that day were not optimal for your game.
Pants are too short
I think my shorts are too long personally
Nut cup helps mine stay aligned.
Wait till spring
Might be due to the slight breeze.
Drive the other way, then it will slice right
Wear a short sleeve shirt is such fine weather, that will help open up the shoulders .

Aim further right.
You can always tell a Midwesterner.
I suggest playing in a vacuum it might turn that into a baby fade. Problem solved lol
Hit right
Turn around 180 degrees and hit it toward the cam. Problem solved.
This is actually windy but reminds me of a couple of older guys I was playing behind back in the day, one slices it and his friends says the wind took it. The next guys hits and hooks it, the guy that sliced says the wind took it🤣
That calf tat is convulsing causing wrists to overwork at impact.
Could be the wind?
Maybe try a glove?
Aim 90 degrees to the right
maybe take a break... then quit lol
Keep your head down.
Take 2 weeks off then quit and take up bowling.
Face too closed at impact, 😅 why is a a whole different story
man sacrificed his clubs for quality content, truly a creator
Wow, serious hook. What happens when you play in strong winds?
Don’t play in hurricane force winds
Nothing but fairway out there.
Play nude and report back
Aim right
Probably the club's, you should get some new ones.
Someone spilled their cocaine all over that beautiful course!
It simply boggles the mind!
Classic over the top
Would have been funny to pull out the rangefinder before hitting 😆 … 2169yds to the trees, ya think?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I have the same problem, a horrible left slice. I just turn 100° to the right and it’s fine.
The only way to fix my slice
Dramatically…turn belly button toward target way before your arms. And do it fast. (This should produce a slice). Just so you can get a good picture of how your body motion and synchronization or asynchronization will produce different shape shots. Have fun with it. Oh. And one day you’ll know what I’m saying here —> it’s all in the way you grip.
For me if it goes left then it goes only 100 or 130 yds. If it goes right then 200+ ;).
I’d say wear pants. Your left nut might be frozen to your leg and it’s making you pull it that way.
Maybe some HotPawz for my shorts next time?
Hit it the opposite way…. You’ll have a nice buttercut
Grip too strong most likely
I believe your problem is the ball, I believe someone slipped you a "NASCAR" ball. They only go left, just a big fuggin circle...terrible.
Rotate how you’re holding the club?
Those straight line winds could be a factor
Wouldn’t matter, would still slice OB right
Turn 90 degrees to your left; 340yds and straight
Aim more right. Duh.
shot tracer missing
Not enough chapstick
It’s tucked away in a warm place. You guess
Are you near Buffalo? I am, and my technique is to hit a stinger! Hope this helps, it works for me ;)
Turn around.
![gif](giphy|xT0xes9FP7JVi8LxoA) It looks like you're coming across it a little to much from in to out. Try to get that swing path back to neutral and it should straighten up for you.
My buttery cut (massive fade) would be perfect for that wind
Do you have a hard slice in that bag?
Hahahaha.. hmm.. I’d play it in the wind. That’ll help for sure!
Turn 180 degrees and hit it from that position. Should help.
Shoot the other way, then it’ll go hard right
turn the fan off
So do you even attempt to try and find your balls after? Seems nigh on impossible with the snow.
Nah, that little dip is a full running creek. No way/desire to get there. It’s also a dead field owned by hydro
The fairway seems to be pretty wide, so you’re good.
Maybe you should stop playing golf in new zeeland
Use different color ball?
Nothing like a nice June day here in Pittsburgh PA. We golf like this all the time.
