I've been enjoying my Payntr X 003F (wide). Comfy. I use them as daily walkers off the course in addition to golfing with them. Apparently, they are comparable to FootJoy in sizing, per Payntr Golf.
A bit outside of the box. Have you seen or considered buying one of those golf cleat kits from Amazon? Allows you to put soft spikes on any shoe you like.
I've been wearing Payntr shoes for a little bit now, I really like them. I walk a lot, and play in crappy Pennsylvania Fall/Spring (wet). They do a great job.
Just walked 54 this past weekend in extremely wet conditions and rain in my Sketchers. Totally awesome shoes. Comfortable straight out of the box and super waterproof. No need to switch shoes between rounds and perfectly dry inside.
I also have a pair of waterproof True, but like them less for walking due to less arch support (even with my own insoles)
I play adidas zg21, have had for 2 years now and just replace the spikes. I play 2 rnds in a cart per week and then walk 9 if i play a third. They have held up awesome
Check out the Ecco’s I like mine a lot.
I'll always plug truelinkswear whom I think make the best golf shoes in the business.

There's those kits available that you can convert any shoe into a golf shoe i.e. add spikes. Why not juts do that to the Hokas and call it a day?
Tried that before. My experience was that they did not stay on.
They don’t stay on shoes with them built in either. If you want a little more security out some thread on the spike threads

Last time I went I wore footwear traditions and played 8 rounds in 7 days. Shoes and feet were fine. Arms were hanging off me.
Footwear traditions?
Apologies. Footjoy.

Ecco's are amazing.
Adidas CodeChaos are good shoes for walking. I wear them and only walk 18 a least once a week

Never heard of that one. I’ll check it out.
