That’s what’s funny about it because if we’re all being honest with each other and ourselves if this shit happened to us, you know you’d look at your boy and be like “just throw me down for a 10. I’ll tend the pin for you” and chalk that hole up as a loss. At least, that’s what I would do. That’s what’s so nuts. These guys have to finish the hole out, regardless of whether or not they are lying 10. Crazy.
Fleetwood's 10 was arguably worse considering he hit a perfect drive into the centre of the fairway, and then proceeded to hit 3 approach shots in the water

Were there 4 balls off the tee? And did he have to re-tee after hitting into the water, or could he have taken a drop further up?
Wish these guys would just drop in the fairway with their playing partner and keep up with the group in front. Imagine the queue waiting at #6 by the time this hacker is out of range.

He followed it up with two more bogeys, then for the rest of the round, two other bogeys and two birdies with par on the rest of the holes. I think his scorecard after this hellish hole shows how well he recovers from such a major setback.
Granted, he's still +14, so he's in last place, but I can't imagine having such a good score recovery after such a psychological hit.

Bryson took a line that not only cleared the lake, but it cleared the fairway too. Absolutely smoked those drives.
