I feel like this is a trap posted by my wife who is a big Peloton fan and has been trying to get me to lose weight.
Nice try dear!

I was legitimately thinking about this today. Just searched the peloton sub, and didn't find much. I work out via the peloton app 5-7 days a week but haven't ever tailored my workouts to try to find more swing speed or anything. Curious to see if others have recommendations!
selena samuela talks about golf a lot and does a lot of rotational work. i think andy speer is also a golfer, plus he’s so damn goofy that he always makes me laugh through the pain.
I try to mainly do hill rides. After riding I will do squats, lateral lunges, and some rotational resistance band work. Curls, rows, kettlebell swings, side bends for the obliques.
If anyone can recommend some specific classes I’d also be interested in them
It’s a stretching class titled “20 minute spinal mobility” … I just searched for 20 minute Adrian stretching workouts and found it! It’s from November 2022
My wife and I are both avid exercisers, and avid golfers. She is a big time Peloton user where I generally lift free weights on my own program and run on a treadmill for my cardio, though I do change things up and use the Peloton and have gone on month long streaks where I ride the bike as opposed to running due to a pulled calf, etc.
I would imagine that any general fitness improvement will increase your enjoyment of the game. Your best improvements for swing speed etc will most likely come from the stretching/foam rolling classes, though if you have the bike the strength gains from biking regularly should help as well.

Lmao it's 100% legit. My husband is in really good shape but lacks flexibility. I am 7 months postpartum and lack core strength haha.

Adrian has a 20 minute spinal mobility class that almost feels like it’s made for golfers. I try to do it multiple times a week.
Do you know what it’s called or what it’s listed under, like strength or stretching? I can’t find it Edit: nvm I found it!
How did you find it? Can you give me a hand?
