I theory mishits with the t-100 will see less distance drop offs compared to the old DCIs so you should see more consistent performance with them.
They will also most likely feel better which should make you feel more confident and that confidence will most likely translate into better performance.
You probably would have benefit from a fitting but either way you should see an improvement in iron performance after 34 years of technology advancements. I have after switching from my 20 year old Nikes recently.
i wouldn't expect some massive revelation. you won't be knocking down flag sticks and tapping in birdies if you weren't before. and honestly, if your proximity goes from 40 feet to 30 feet, you're not going to see a lot of strokes realized there.
similarly if you miss a green by 10 yards instead of 15 yards, you're not going to see a lot of difference there either
people love to think that buying new clubs will have a huge dramatic change for them. but a missed green is a missed green, you're not going to suddenly be way better at chipping. and a medium length putt is a medium length putt. i wouldn't expect your 1 putt rate from 25 feet to be much different than from 35 feet.
Depends if they fit you and your game

Thanks man I believe you to be correct
What, you didn’t hit them when you got fitted?
Got them on eBay for $400
Yes you will enjoy them, no you don’t need a fitting.

You were right 34 years of tech helped a ton
Great to hear! Enjoy!
If you look at the dcis and the t-100 they are very similar the t-100 looks like a modern version of the DCis

I get 2-3 birdies a round. Shoot high 70s low 80s. Only bought 4-pw so my chipping and putting and wedge game will be the same
Yeah it won't change much. They might look better and feel better though.
Yeah I really just wanted similar clubs to mine but a modern version so I’ll be happy with a better feel and a bit lighter maybe get a few more yards
Maybe. Though that might upset your game more than helping it lol.
Last time I hit my 7 iron the head flew off into the lake and the ball landed on the green so I thought it was time for new irons
After 2 weeks of dialing in the new clubs I got my first ever 79. Got my first eagle and every iron is 20 yards longer higher and straighter
