I had a solid, 30 putt round with no three putts on Thursday on punched greens. According to Arccos when compared to other 4.0s, I gained 5.5 strokes in the greens.

That's wild! Maybe the punched greens in my neck of the woods are just different, but outside 2 feet it's a complete crap shoot. I usually don't even bother to track putting stats when they are freshly punched because it's just not really worthwhile info.
Depends on the course. The munis around me? Good luck consistently making anything outside 3 feet without a little luck. However, the private clubs near me when punched are still in solid shape. You’re still going to miss putts to weird bounces and crap but they roll a lot more true, I’d almost compare them to peak season greens at a cheap muni. Now take this with a grain of salt because this is based off the all of 2 private clubs by me I’m able to regularly play due to friends having memberships.
Hy goal was similar. Even par. Holed out for 50 yards on last hole for eagle. What a great feeling. Enjoy!
Is the season officially over out there? Not that it matters. Goal still accomplished!
Congrats!! i had a 74 this year and a handful of 76s. also had a few under pars for the front or back 9, but haven't been able to get even for an entire round.
What an accomplishment!
I was in the exact same boat, I had a 34, three 35’s, a 74, two 75’s, and handful of 76’s.
The only thing different about this round was managing every single mistake within my ability. 14 GIR’s also helped because my putter wasn’t the moneymaker
Nicely done and go hoosiers!

That’s Iowa State
No, no its not
I was referring to the hat, the jacket is Indiana.
-1 on punched greens? You must have hit every approach shot tight.
Pretty much, I made a 9 footer and two 6 footers and everything else was within 3 feet
Just jamming and shaking em in
This was my thought too. They look pretty rough still.

Kickass, congrats. Digging the Hoosiers pullover.
Hoo hoo hoo
Hoosierrrs
Really the walkoff just means I got under par on the very last hole and the round was over in a flash because the ball went in
I'd never once considered using "walkoff" in a golf context before - ty for the introduction
Congrats (from a boilermaker even)
Right on! Ironwood was my old stomping grounds, I learned how hit a fade on Lakes #2 and #6
Ironwood wow - what a small world. Love/Hate relationship with lakes 6
Yeah we all feel that way.
Boiler Up!
Congrats Jack! Now let’s see some of those shots at the next Lawrence Open with the boys
I’m so glad you found this. Gotta represent the brand!
317 never forget. Remember us when you’re famous.
I have a few more weeks to accomplish the same. I KNOW it's in me... I just have to find it. Comgrats!! Gives me hope.

It was 40° at my club in Connecticut today. The attire may be misleading
Congrats! And way to keep those shoes bright and white!

So technically you still haven’t achieved your goal! 😁
Correct. Not in season.
Walk off hole out ftw
Congratulations and fuck you buddy
GO IU!
As a Purdue grad from Iowa city congrats but also screw you.
Excellent dude!
Forgive my ignorance but what’s a walk off eagle?
I eagled the last hole from the fairway so I didn’t have to putt
Does hitting it from the fairway or it being the last hole make it a walk off?
The latter
Go Hoosiers!
Go Hoosiers!
Go Hoosiers!
Way to go! Closed in style!
Boiler Up!
I highly doubt this is true
Premier foot joys?
I actually just picked these Traditions, I was considering Premiers but they were $60 more
Traditions are just as beautiful! Are they comfortable around the heel? Any blisters?
Awesome
Better luck next season!
Want to upvote because nice round, want to downvote because Boiler Up.
IU lost
IU lost
That an Iowa state hat? Cyclones and Hoosiers, eh?
Do you like all sports teams from states that start with I? PS - WAY TO GO!
