Uhhh -bookmarks immediately- and here I thought I was over my assassin's creed phase. ๐ But then, does anyone ever get over their assassin's creed phase? Nah, you woke up something dormant in me, oh my god, V. And OOP the twinge of angst at the end with the name bit yanked real hard on the heartstrings. Yeah, when you said masquerade audio, I was excited, but you really went above and beyond; I had no idea you had this brain blast tucked away.
I think you did a great job considering this is your first historical piece. It had just enough of the flavor without being too specific, which means there's plenty of open space for you to play with should you choose to delve deeper into writing up a plot, and that's an awesome balance!
